The Following clubs are encouraged to organize Career guidance programs in THREE regions :-•City Region: Secunderabad West•Telangana Region: Hanamkonda•Andhra Region: Guntur

Youth Services /New Generations

• Governors zonal coordinators are expected to organize zonal meet for their respective zone

• Participants will include Counsellors, district secretary, governors zonal coordinator, six rotary program coordinators and club directors from the assigned clubs in that zone

• The purpose organizing this meet is to have better understanding of their ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES, build team RELATIONSHIP, Establish communication to effectively implement the set GOALS for the rotary year 2015-16

• Encourage one of the assigned clubs in that zone to host this event by dedicating one of the weekly meeting for this purpose.

• This host club will be recognize as hosting the district event• GZCs to attend Governor’s Official visit to the clubs

Governor Zonal Coordinators Meetings (Level 1)

GZC Meetings (Level 2) & Reporting

• After completing Level 1 meeting - GZCs to visit the assigned clubs once in the first half year (Jul – Dec) & once in second half year (Jan – Jun)

• Organize New Member Orientation and Retention Seminar (3 Seminars – I, II, III Quarter)

• RPC Tasks: Rotary Program Coordinator will follow up with assigned club directors of their respective focus area goals

• REPORTING : GZC are expected to report (online tool) once they complete the Level 1 and Level 2 meetings.

Strategic Planning Team (Priority 1)

• 12 Revenue District Coordinators led by Task Coordinator (DGN Abhraham) & Dist.Secretary (Amarnath Kotagiri) will identify potential locations to start new clubs.

• Team coordinates with club President Nominee /Vice President to take up responsibility of new club.

• Team will recommend Governor’s Special Representative to help and complete formalities to start new clubs.
