It's been a while since you've seen these guys, so first I'd like to introduce you to everyone again. This is Dexter SiMania. He is the founder of Dexter's side of The SiMania Joint Duelacy. Last chapter Dexter's fondness of all things alien landed him the role of single dad to three wonderful, and good looking ;) , half alien children. Dexter is now a space pirate, very fitting seeing his obsession with outer space, but would like to be a mad scientist! Here you can see his pre and post-makeover pictures. He's handsome, huh?!

Mars is Dexter's firstborn child and only girl. She is also the heiress to his side of the duelacy! Once moving into the new home Mars ditched her old kiddy-esque pigtails for some big girl pigtails! Mars is playful, active and nice but horribly messy and shy. You wouldn't know she is shy though, because her aspiration is popularity and she wants to become a Hall of Famer!

Jupiter is the second born half alien to Dexter. You can't tell he is alien at all though - he looks a whole bunch like his dear old dad. Jupiter is a family aspiration with the lifetime want to marry off six of his own children one day.

This is Dexter's youngest child Pluto. He looks a little cross eyed in his post-makeover picture, but let me assure you he is not! He's quite the handsome young man, in fact. Pluto is a romance aspiration with the lifetime want to become a Rock God!!

Now that you're all caught up on who's who, let's begin! The kids didn't have school on the day they moved back home, so they all got jobs in the science career as lab glass scrubbers. Basically they are glorified dish washers! They work from three to six every evening and bring home a nice little paycheck combined. After purchasing the new three bedroom, three bathroom house, money is tight so the kids don't mind pitching in to help out their dear old dad.

After work, Jupiter and Pluto come home to study their cleaning skills so that they can get promoted out of their dish duties. Mars, on the other hand, has more important matters to attend to: boys! She brought home a fellow dish washer --- er, I mean lab glass scrubber ;) --- and befriended him immediately. In fact, the two have a little crush for each other after a night of flirting and joking around.

Dexter still hasn't been fortunate enough to fill a position in the science career. He spends his time painting to help bring money into the home. Of course, Dexter being Dexter, he paints wonderful pieces of outer space!

Jupiter is quite  the playful fellow! When he's needing some fun any old household item will entertain him. I'm frequently finding him playing tub pirate, but occasionally I look up and he's hopped on the fridge door swinging himself silly!

Pluto wants to get into shape so he can start picking up some ladies! Since his body skill points are not high enough yet to do yoga, Pluto resorts to working out to the fit and shape channel. Dexter encourages his youngest son to get in shape while stuffing his face with spaghetti and meatballs --- or spaghetti and space balls as Dexter calls it!

Jupiter gets lonely very quickly. He never brings friends home from work or school, so lately he's been chatting up people online. It's proven to be really beneficial to him though - his social status bar hasn't hit red since he's been befriending onliners and he's met a really cute redhead named Sadie Bruenig!

It’s Dexter McMania’s birthday! Dex celebrated alone while his children were away at school. He turned into quite the handsome elder. Don’t you agree? His big ol’ elf ears are too cute, in my opinion. I’m happy his children got them!

Pluto, a romance aspiration, has taken a liking to the family maid Brooke. Although she’s significantly older than he is, Pluto doesn’t mind one bit! He constantly tips her with money he earns scrubbing test tubes and chats with her daily. Brooke isn’t bothered with Pluto’s teenage fascination – probably because he’s the only one that’s said two words to her since she started working for the family when they moved in!

Jupiter isn’t about the be shown up by his little brother. He’s also chatting it up with a lovely lady. Sadie Bruenig, whom he met online, and he have made the step up in their relationship from online chatting to talking on the phone!

It’s time for another birthday in the McMania home. This time the heiress Mars is aging into an adult. She grew up into a lovely young woman. Right after blowing out her candles, Mars’ boss called and promoted her to a test subject as a birthday surprise. (I find it ironic that the alien is working as a test subject in a laboratory lol).

It’s time that Mars gets into the dating scene, so she calls up the matchmaker for a blind date. She spent half of the family’s small fortune (approximately $5,000) on her date and hoped for the best! And this is what she got. What a waste of five thousand dollars!

After Mars’ disaster blind date in which the matchmaker thought it was appropriate to set her up with the most hideous thing in Desiderata Valley in exchange for five thousand dollars (half the family’s worth at the time). . . Not that I’m mad about it or anything… She decided to look for a job. No luck for the heiress though. She has been searching for a job in the athletic field since she aged, but hasn’t found it yet. I thought this would be an easier one to find, for sure!

Jupiter, silly little boy, continues his playful antics around the home. Whenever I’m directing the other McMania’s on what they need to be doing, I click back to Jupiter and find him exploring the seas in a bathtub somewhere around the home. Who would ever think teenagers would act so childishly? ;)

Jupiter’s playful nature is only increased when he invites his older online friend Sadie Bruenig over to celebrate his adult birthday. When these two got together it was endless tickling, red hands and pillow fighting. Only Jupiter’s birthday cake could drag him away from Sadie and their games. Mars, Pluto and Sadie cheered Jupiter on as he aged into an adult!

Jupiter aged into such a handsome adult and after the party he spent some more quality time with Sadie. As an adult, Jupiter was able to look at Sadie with new eyes and realized that he felt more than friendship for his longtime best friend. Even though they had just met, he asked her to move in with him and his family. The next day, she did just that. Once I made her over, she is completely stunning! (Oh, by the way, that’s Mars in the background finally finding her career in the athletic field as a minor leaguer. It will lead to the completion of her lifetime want.)

Just because someone is an adult doesn’t mean they’re more mature! Jupiter is a perfect example of that statement. Even though he is older now, he doesn’t let his age get in the way of his playtime! Jupiter still makes time throughout the day for a few rounds of bathtub pirating.

Mars has finally met someone cute in Desiderata Valley. His name is Eric Butler and he’s a handsome red haired, purple eyed knowledge aspiration sim who is just perfect for Mars. How do I know all of his stats already? Well it’s certainly not because I got tired of waiting for Mars to find love on her own, so I went and made him in CAS and moved him right next door! No, that’s not it at all.

Age is just a number for Pluto and Brooke. These two have been the best of best friends for a while now and I just know they’re going to end up together! ;)

Pluto’s adult birthday is coming up soon so he can finally (and legally) take his relationship to the next step with Brooke when he ages.

It took a good long while for Mars to find the athletic career online and it’s taken just about as long for her to earn her first promotion! She’s finally made the step up from being in the minor leagues to becoming a rookie! The pay isn’t much different, and really, neither is the job. It’s a step up nonetheless!

Love is in the air in the McMania household! All the couples (except for Pluto and Brooke, of course) can be found kissing and cuddling throughout the home. Mars and Eric are quickly falling for each other while family aspirations Jupiter and Sadie contemplate marriage and starting their own family together soon.

Jupiter gathers his courage and drops down to one knee to ask his longtime girlfriend to marry him. These two are shining examples that online date sites work! If you remember, that is how Jupiter met Sadie when he was a teenager! I’m thrilled for the newly engaged duo and excited to see what their kids will look like!

After everyone went to bed, Mars and Eric spent some quality time together. They even fell in love! :)Eric promptly moved in with the family. He and Mars make such the cute couple!

Eric has the lifetime want to reach the very tip top of the gaming career! He is already a Noob and today was promoted to a button masher. I love the job class titles of the gaming career – they are super creative and always make me laugh.

Saturday was an off day for both Jupiter and Sadie. Sadie is working toward her lifetime want to reach the top of the architecture career and Jupiter is still working for the same science company he did as a teenager.

Anyway, they decided to make the most of their Saturday afternoon and get hitched! Sadie ditched her last name and became Mrs. Sadie McMania.

Jupiter and Sadie’s big day ended a little strangely. After they wed, the gardener showed up… with some friends! Seven total gardeners swarmed the house to do anything but garden! They walked around outside, followed Jupiter to the easels and helped themselves to the couch! It was strange!

Wedding fever must be going around, because the afternoon of her little brother’s wedding Mars got engaged to her boyfriend. They haven’t been together for long, but they were meant to be together (literally lol). Mars of course accepted Eric’s proposal and together they started planning their wedding.

Pluto’s birthday has finally arrived! After “dating” the family maid Brooke all throughout his teenage years, the two can finally make their relationship official.

Brooke was there to celebrate with Pluto as he aged into an adult. After the cake was eaten, the two shared some long awaited kisses and caresses!

Guess who is pregnant!? That’s right – Sadie and Jupiter are expecting a little one. Sadie was immediately put on maternity leave, and it’s a good thing too! She is constantly hungry, sleepy and in need of fun. She’s by far the worst pregnant sim I’ve ever played in my game. I can’t keep this girl’s needs up. Hopefully it will pass when she enters her second trimester!

When Sadie revealed that she was expecting, she and Jupiter decided it was time to pack up their things and purchase their very first home together. Unfortunately Sadie’s pregnancy problems didn’t stay in the first trimester. As her belly continued to grow, her needs dropped faster and faster!

A normal day in Jupiter and Sadie’s home consists of Sadie waking up in the middle of the night because she is on the brink of starvation. So while her very helpful husband Jupiter makes a very late night supper, Sadie will snack on whatever leftovers are in the fridge. By the time she’s done with two to three plates of food, she needs a shower and to use the bathroom. After those needs are met, Sadie is bored out of her mind and her fun has dropped into the red zone.

By the time the sun rises, the same time Jupiter leaves for work, Sadie is overdue for a nap! Her sleep need bar is dropping, so she heads for the comfy couch. Two hours or so later she wakes up on an empty stomach and full bladder. The fun never ends with this mommy-to-be.

As you can imagine, I was thrilled when Sadie’s due date finally arrived and she went into labor. Apparently, so was she! Sadie is the only sim I have ever played that smiled while screaming and doing the labor pain dance.

No wonder Sadie had such a difficult time during her pregnancy. She was carrying four babies. And now I want to kill her and Jupiter for making quads!

Jupiter and Sadie are now the proud parents of four gorgeous little ones. The theme for this legacy is Disney! It was the theme I used when I last played the family (on Sally’s side) and I find it fitting since I just got back from a vacation to Disney world in Florida, lol! So the babies are named in birth order: Daisy, Donald, Mickey and Minnie!

There are times I want to pull my hair out when playing this family. Sadie is a wonderful mother and doesn’t complain when she has to wake up after only two hours of sleep to change all four babies’ diapers. She doesn’t complain when they’re all crying at once and hungry. She doesn’t even complain when all this is going on and her husband, the father of these four handfuls, is ignoring his duties and playing pirate in the bathtub. Sadie doesn’t complain, but I do!

Things got hectic quickly after the quadruplets were born. Sadie constantly run on just a few hours of sleep, eats one meal a day and is lucky to get a shower at the end of the night (Jupiter gets a full nights rest, full belly and a bath everyday). The house is constantly a wreck, even though the family hired a maid and a nanny to help out while Sadie and Jupiter are working. It’s chaos!

Things are about to get much worse though, because the quadruplets are now in their toddler years! And, boy oh boy, they are adorable! Daisy and Donald have brown hair and blue eyes. Mickey and Minnie have blonde hair and blue eyes. All four of the tots have freckles, tan skin and chunky cheeks that are screaming to be pinched!

As I predicted the daily routine in the home was thrown for a loop once Daisy, Donald, Mickey and Minnie aged into toddlers. Sadie had to use the rest of her maternity leave and hire the help of two nannies at a time just to make it through the day. Even with the extra help things are still crazy! I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s impossible for me to keep Sadie and the four kids happy. Jupiter keeps himself well fed, always well rested and entertained with the bathtub. I don’t even think he knows he has four children!

It doesn’t help matters that Mickey and Minnie are sneaky little devils. Part of the reason the house is so messy is because they team up to play in the toilets. Mickey makes a run for the bathroom when nobody is looking and starts splashing in the commode. By the time Sadie or one of the nannies pulls him away, Minnie dashes in to splash in the mess her brother has already made!

As crazy as things may be in the house, it’s always worth the chaos when I see one of the four toddlers behaving like this. Isn’t Daisy just cute as a button!?

It was a very happy day in the Jupiter and Sadie’s home when the quads grew up into children! Daisy, Donald, Mickey and Minnie are all super adorable as kids. I think this is the firs time Jupiter has seen his four kids since they’ve been born, lol. Now that Jupiter’s kids are children, let’s go back to the main house and see what everyone is up to.

Mars is working hard in the athletic career! She just got a promotion from the minor leagues to become a starter! Now she’s going to see some real action on the field – and she’s going to be a part of it all!

After a lengthy engagement, Mars and her fiancé Eric Butler are ready to become man and wife. While her father and brother are away at work, Mars slips into her pretty red dress and heels to say I do to the love of her life. Eric becomes Mr. Eric McMania once the ceremony is all said and done.

We haven’t seen much of Dexter lately, so I just wanted to show you what he fills his days with lately. If he isn’t at work or sleeping, Dex can usually be found painting pictures of aliens or space-y type things. It’s pretty cute, but the walls of the home are now covered with his artwork. One might think he’s a bit obsessed with outer space ;)

The newlyweds opted out of taking a honeymoon together. Instead, they are both working towards their lifetime wants. Mars’ LTW is to reach the top of the athletic career. Her husband Eric’s LTW is to reach the top of the gaming career. They are both about a quarter of the way there – so they still have lots of promotions to go before they’re at the very tip top of the career ladder.

Mars is pregnant! She and her handsome hubby Eric are now expecting their first child together. Mars is getting older and her biological clock is ticking, so right after the wedding she and Eric started trying for a baby. It didn’t take long for Mars get become pregnant. They are both excited, as am I, for the arrival of baby McMania number one!

Pluto and Brooke, the family maid, are still dating. Pluto is a romance aspiration with the lifetime want to become a rock god. He is more focused on working toward his lifetime want than his relationship with Brooke. They spend quite a bit of time together when they’re both off, but Pluto has absolutely no wishes for an engagement or of starting a family with Brooke.

Mars’ pregnancy is progressing pretty smoothly. She is having a much better time than Sadie did when she was pregnant. Of course Mars isn’t working, but spends a majority of her maternity leave eating all throughout the day. She is always hungry, but that’s the only need that really drops too much.

Mars went into labor early in the morning while everyone was away at work. Brooke hadn’t even arrived to clean the house yet, so Mars was all on her own for the delivery of her first child with Eric… or I should say first THREE children with Eric! That’s right, triplets. I can’t freaking believe my horrible luck with this family and the multiple births! At least it’s not quadruplets this time, it could be worse I guess!

The oldest child and only girl triplet has Eric’s purple eyes, tan skin and red hair. She is named Ariel after the main character in Disney’s The Little Mermaid. In the movies Ariel is a mermaid who desperately wishes to be human, when her wish comes true she finds that maybe the grass isn’t really greener on the other side. Of course, she overcomes all obstacles to find true love and lives happily ever after… eventually three movies later lol!

The second born triplet is a little boy named Phillip. He has his father’s tan skin and purple eyes, but Mars’ black hair. Phillip is named after the hero from Disney’s Sleeping Beauty. He overcomes all obstacles to rescue Princess Aurora from the wicked Maleficent and together they live happily ever after.

Last, but not least, is the third born triplet. Another little boy with Eric’s tan skin, purple eyes and red hair. He was also named from Disney’s The Little Mermaid. His name is Sebastian! In the movie, Sebastian is a tad of a control freak and has just a bit of anxiety. This is because he is required to look after Ariel and her six older sisters!

Is this really happening? Seriously, is this happening right now? The night after the triplets are born, Eric goes outside to work on his logic points for his next big promotion and THIS happens. Seriously?

I want to go ahead and apologize to the person who has the family after me. If he has multiples I’m going to lose my mind with him.

While her beloved husband is way up in the sky being abducted by aliens, Mars is inside the kid’s nursery showing off her excellent mommy skills. By the way, don’t worry about the green stuff coming through the walls of the nursery – it’s just a plant from the other room lol.

And we have a pregnant Eric McMania. Yay. Can you guys just feel my excitement?

Taking care of Ariel, Phillip and Sebastian is pretty rough right now. Both Eric and Mars are constantly skilling and going to work to earn promotions for their lifetime want. That leaves Uncle Pluto and Granddaddy Dexter to care for the triplets. They are kind of a needy bunch, so it’s a full time job to look after them. Luckily I haven’t had to hire the help of a nanny yet. But they are still just babies, we’ll see about how it gets when they’re toddlers.

The baby days pass by in the blink of an eye (mainly because so much else is going on in the home: abductions, skilling and promotions). Ariel, Phillip and Sebastian are about to become toddlers and I’m a little reluctant to let them grow up. I remember the toddler years of their cousins Daisy, Donald, Minnie and Mickey! It wasn’t pretty.

They definitely inherited the alien-esque features Mars carries! Ariel, Phillip (black hair) and Sebastian (red hair) are now toddlers. They’ve still got time to grow into their features.

Before all hell breaks loose in the house I will leave you with a picture of Dexter and a now pregnant and showing Eric with the triplets. Sebastian is learning how to walk with his grandpa, Ariel is flat out refusing to speak with her pregnant father and Phillip is ignoring everyone. Instead he’s playing with his blocks!
