Introduction Les détendeurs thermostatiques TRE sont conçus et mis au point pour brasage dans les circuits frigorifiques hermétiques. La conception hermétique des TRE répond aux futurs impératifs écologiques concernant les installations frigorifiques et les réfrigérants. Ils conviennent aux installations de capacité allant de 28 à 245 kW (de 8 à 70 TR) (R22).Le corps des TRE est en laiton matricé à chaud et tout l'élément sensible, y compris le tube capillaire et le bulbe, est en acier inox. Les raccords bimétal laminés (acier inox et cuivre) à braser sont à passage droit décalé. L'orifice est de conception bidirectionnelle, équilibrée.Les TRE standards sont à surchauffe externe réglable qui existe également en accessoire pour les modèles non réglables. Nous offrons également en accessoire un filtre à braser dans la tubulure d'entrée.Les TRE conviennent aux réfrigérants fluorés. Ils sont disponible pour les réfrigérants R22, R410A,

Fonctionnement bidirectionnelLes TRE sont conçus pour fonctionner dans les deux sens. Pour l'écoulement inverse, la capacité nominale est réduite de 10% maximum.
Fonction MOP Pour éviter la migration de réfrigérant avec les détendeurs MOP, il faut que la température de la sonde soit toujours inférieure à celle de l'élément thermostatique.

La surchauffe statique SS est réglable à l'aide de la tige (5), fig. 2. La surchauffe statique standard (SS) est de 4K / 7.2°F pour les détendeurs avec MOP et de 5K / 9.0°F pour les détendeurs sans MOP. Les détendeurs sont également livrables avec un réglage fixe qui n'est plus réglable par la suite. En cas de besoin d'un réglage ultérieur, commandez un kit de réglage (6).L'orifice équilibré bidirectionnel (4) maintient les variations de la surchauffe à un minimum, quelles que soient les variations de la pression différentielle. Avec cette caractéristique, le détendeur est idéal pour la fonction bidirectionnelle.La tige de pression centrale est dotée d'un presse-étoupe robuste (3) qui assure une étanchéité parfaite pendant toute la vie du détendeur.Le filtre d'entrée (7) est livrable en accessoire.

La surchauffe d'ouverture de 4K va du début de l'ouverture à l'atteinte de la capacité selon le tableau (capacité nominale). La surchauffe d'ouverture est définie par la conception et ne peut être modifiée.
Surchauffe totale SH = SS + OS SH = 4 + 4 = 8K (14.4°F)
On peut modifier la surchauffe totale SH en modifiant SS à l'aide de la tige de réglage.

Si le sous-refroidissement dévie de 4 K (7.2°F), il faut corriger la capacité d'évaporation avec les valeurs ci-dessous.
On obtient la capacité corrigée en divisant la capacité d'évaporation par la valeur de correction spécifiée.
La capacité d'évaporation corrigée est donc 40 : 1.11 = 36 kW /10.3 TRLa capacité du détendeur doit être égale ou légèrement supérieure à la capacité d'évaporation corrigée (36 kW/10.3 TR) et il faut choisir le détendeur TRE20-12.5X de 37.7 kW/ 10.8TR.

0) doit être corrigée pour la chute
de pression dans la conduite de liquide, le distributeur éventuel et la tuyauterie en aval du détendeur. Si la chute de pression n'est pas connue, on peut la régler à 2 bar / 20 psi. La chute de pression dans le détendeur est donc : ∆p = p
k - p
0 - 2 bar.
Pour éviter la migration de la charge dans les détendeurs avec MOP, il faut que la température du bulbe soit inférieure à celle de l'élément thermostatique.
