SELECTING THE REPORTS

• Roster – Individual scores, demographic information, and other data for individual students

• Group Summary: Performance Levels – Summary performance data by building, district, and state in a table format

• Group Summary: Standards and Objectives – Summary subject and organization data by building, district, and state.

• Graphical Summary: Performance Levels – Summary performance data by building, district, and state, in a graphic format

• Longitudinal Roster – Data for individual students across multiple administrations

• Quick Reports – A selection of predefined reports

SELECTING THE REPORTS

• Administration – select the year and/or testing window of test administration.

• Subject - EOI subject of high school testing.

• Grade – Select the grade level (for grades 3 – 8) Reporting Window

• Reporting Window – the available time frame for this report. i.e., 48 hour (roster reports only), 2-week, or final.

• Choose Site • Select one or more buildings from the drop-down list.

• Select one or more buildings from the Available list on the left and then click to move the building names to the selected list on the right.

• To remove buildings from the report, select one or more buildings from the

selected list on the right, and then click
