Welcome to Issue 2 of Creative Portrait Magazine !

Creative Portrait Magazine was set up to showcase the best in creative portrait photography whilst raising vital funds for people suffering from neuromuscular diseases. The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign needs our support to help fund vital research & potentially find future treatments for everyone with a muscle wasting disease, there is yet no cure for any type of muscular dystrophy, it is rare & complex & difficult to predict - Everyone with a diagnosis has mobility issues at some point in their lives as muscles waste away & weaken, this can be a slowly gradual progression or it can be rapid, MD can effect your breathing, heart, other organs as well as your joints & some people have a lot of pain. Depending on the type of MD a person has, life expectancy varies. There is no cure for ANY type of MD at present & that really needs to change Please support Creative Portrait Magazine by making a small donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign to help make a difference to everyone of any age suffering from a muscle wasting disease. Together we can make a difference
