A milk cow can produce over 100 pounds of manure per day.

Methane is 21 times more potent than carbon dioxide in causing global warming. We are wasting it and letting it escape into the atmosphere rather than burning it.

About one cubic foot of gas may be generated from one pound of cow manure at around 28°C. This is enough gas to cook a day's meals for 4-6 people.
