Summary

SymptomConfirmation items might have status completed(I1005) and distributionlock(I1026) which should never ocur.It can happen when users creates a confirmation and saves this witherrors. Header and items get status "distribution lock" and "containserrors". When the errors are solved, both two status are deleted onboth header and items, except for certain items in certainconfirmation.

Reason and PrerequisitesProgram error.

SolutionThe following workaround is available which does only help to solve theerror symptoms. This enables pushing the confirmations with a lock.

1. Execute report (see correction instruction) to change the status ofconfirmations from completed to open.

2. Afterwards change confirmation again to completed and save the document.

For the report the following manual steps/corrections are necessary:

1. SE38 create report ZZ_CONFIRMATION_STATUS_CHANGEattributes:Type 1 executable programstatus testprogrampackage ZZ... or $TMP

2. copy source code according to correction instruction.

3. create text elementstext symbols001 selection002 attention! status of document will be reset to "open"

selection textsLV_NR Transaction NumberLV_TYPE Transaction TypeP_VERT Delete distribution lock of the item

4.Check, generate and activate the report.
