DescriptionA 100% acrylic heavy-bodied trowel grade crack filler designed for filling larger cracks up to 1” wide in concrete surfaces. Concrete Patch can also be used to fill and repair damaged and spalled areas in concrete up to 1/4” deep.

Surface Preparation•Cleaning Cracks -Removedirtandvegetation from cracks with screwdriver or other suitable instrument. Flush out crack with water and allow to dry.•Damaged and Spalled Areas -Removedirtand debris from repair area. Scrub thoroughly with wire brush and rinse with water.

ApplicationApply material with rectangular trowel or wide putty knife. Spread and smooth out material flush to adjoining surface.

Drying TimeAllow material to dry and cure for 48 hours prior to resuming foot or vehicle traffic.

Clean UpWash tools with water before material dries.

Weather Conditions•Applicationtemperaturemustbeaminimumof 50°Fandrising.Donotapplywhentemperature is expected to drop below 50 °F within a 24 hour period. • Inareaswheredeworfogaccumulatesinthe early evening, it is best to coat in the morning. Stop coating by early afternoon (3:00 pm) to prevent wash off, which will occur if dew, fog, or rain arrives before coating dries. •Donotapplyifrainisimminentorforecastwithin 24 hours of application.
