Uninstaller to clean

Revo Uninstaller

is a free program

that

removes

unwanted

programs and

traces junk files

easily

Setting Up Revo

Uninstaller in Your

Computer

Go to www.revouninstaller.com

And download the freeware

Click download for the freeware

version

Open your downloads folder and

find the installer

Open the installer

This dialog box will open

Read the instructions provided by

the program’ installer

Follow the set-up instructions by

clicking NEXT

After installation, this window will

appear

If you click View, you can choose a

type of viewing window

This is the Icons View

This is the Lists View

And this is the Details View

For now, let’s use the Icons view

Check the icons of all installed

programs in your computer

Check the bottom area of the View

window

You’’’’ will see a box like this

The box describes the option

chosen in the toolbar

Example: This box describes the use

of the Uninstaller which is the

default window of RevoUninstaller

This number shows the total

installations of your computer

Check the toolbar and the different

options

How to Uninstall A

Program

In this window, click the Uninstaller

icon

To uninstall a program,

click its icon first

When clicked, the UNINSTALL icon

becomes highlighted

After clicking uninstall, a box will

appear

Click YES to prompt uninstalling

Choose an uninstall mode

Built In : no additional scanning

Safe: built in + additional scans (fastest)

Moderate: safe mode + extended

scans (suggested)

Advanced: moderate + deep and

thorough scan (slowest)

Click next after choosing the mode

Initial Analysis will start

A box confirming uninstallation will

appear

Click YES

Will you’’’ want to save your data?

Click YES

This means that the program was

successfully removed.

Click OK

Additional scanning will start

When scan is completed, click NEXT

Leftover files and folders will be

shown

Carefully select files if you intend to

save the others

Select all if you want to remove

everything

Once selected, click DELETE

Once done, click NEXT

‘When everything is completed,

click FINISH

How to Set Start-up

Programs

Click Tools

Check the dropdown menu

Autorun enables or disables

applications from automatically

starting on Windows Start-up

Click Autorun Manager

All programs that autorun on

windows start-up are shown here

Uncheck programs you want to

remove from start-up

Or you can check the programs you

want to remove

Then click REMOVE

A notification will appear on your screen

reminding you of the changes made

Click Tools

Check the dropdown menu again

Windows Tools provides you with

access

to a lot of handy and useful tools

bundled with the Windows OS

Click Windows Tools

This window will provide you with

these Windows Tools

Mistakes dealing with these may

result to some computer problems

So care must be applied when dealing

with this window

How to Remove

Junk Files from

Your Computer

Click Tools

Check the dropdown menu again

Junk File Cleaner allows to find and

remove junks

and unnecessary files from the

computer

Click Junk Files Cleaner

Click Options to vary the mode of

scanning

Set the general requirements of the

scan

Click General

Set which drive(s) to scan

Check the file types to scan

Click OK to start the scan

PC will be scanned. This will take

time

Files will start appearing in the

window

Select files to delete.

Click delete

Check or uncheck files while

selecting files to delete

Files will start deleting

When deleting is done, a dialog

box will open

It will remind you that some files

cannot be deleted at the moment

Click OK to complete the process
