Children to be Hosted – March 23rd-27th

• 2 boys from Germany• 2 girls from Germany• 2 boys from Turkey• 2 girls from Turkey and their female

teacher• 2 boys from The Netherlands• 2 girls from the Netherlands

Host Children

• 9 families have expressed an interest in hosting – thank you!

• I would like all of your children to be ‘host children’, i.e. even if they are not hosting children in their homes, they will still take part in the visits that week and look after our guests

Monday 23rd March 2009Comenius Visitors Arrive

• If your visitor arrives before the end of school, then they are to be picked up when your child finishes school.

• If they arrive after, they are to be picked up from the station.

• This is the one night you will be expected to provide a meal and entertainment for the children you are hosting.

Tuesday 24th March 2009Day in School

• Bring children to school at normal time, making sure they have their PE kits!

• Children to visit Leeds after school on the train with us – tea at McDonalds! To be picked up from school at 6pm.

Wednesday 25th March 2009

Trip to Eureka• Children need a

packed lunch.• To be picked up at

normal school time and brought back for 5pm for ‘Talent Night’, buffet and then disco. All help welcome!

• Children to be picked up at 6.30pm

Thursday 26th March 2009Trip to York

• Children need a packed lunch again

• After school, will take children to Xscape for bowling, laser quest etc. and for meal after. All welcome!

• Would be helpful if they could be collected, but not essential.

Friday 27th March 2009

• Wave our visitors off

• Bring visitors to school if they leave later than the start of school
