Windows OS:
1. Download & Install the GlobalProtect Agent on your computer

3. Go ‘Start’ or search -> “GlobalProtect’ and click ‘GlobalProtect’
4. Enter the portal address : sslvpn.iclp.com.hk , press Connect

5. Enter username : firstname.lastname
Password, which same as your Windows login / Email login password.
6. Check the VPN status

7. To disconnect VPN, go ‘File’, click ‘Disconnect’
8. To connect VPN again, click ‘Connect’

Mac OS:
1. Download & Install the GlobalProtect Agent on your Mac

2. Right click the GlobalProtect Icon on the task bar and select “Show Panel”

3. Select ‘Home’ and fill in the portal information, then click
‘Connect’ Portal: sslvpn.iclp.com.hk
Fill in the Windows username & password and click “Connect”
4. Check the Status

6. To connect VPN again, click ‘Connect’

1. Download & Install the GlobalProtect App on your device

3. Fill in your windows username & password, then click ‘ok’ to connect the VPN
