Improving student nutrition and classroom achievement is a priority for Farmington Area Public Schools. Students learned how cherry tomatoes grow from Jay Johnson from Bushel Boy Tomatoes in nearby Owatonna. They were also able to taste test the tomatoes as part of their lunch. The event was held in conjunction with National School Nutrition Month.
