DESCRIPTION

Penum Provisions, leading online provisioner to the SuperYacht Industry, create Yacht Chef inspired Canapés for this party season. We work for Yacht crew, and we love food and wine.

TRANSCRIPT

CANAPÉ: CERISE GAZPACHO

INGREDIENTS

• Cherries x 20 pitted

• Cherry tomatoes x 15

• Cucumber peeled x 1/2

• Garlic bulb x 1

• Red Pepper x 2

• Salt to taste

• Tabasco to taste

This makes approx. 20 canapés.

INSTRUCTIONS1. Pit cherries.

2. Roughly chop all ingredients and place in blender until smooth. Add a small amount of water to get the correct consistency to the Gazpacho depending on the ripeness of your ingredients. (Perfect no doubt if they have come from Penum :-)

3. Pass though a conical chinois and season with salt and Tabasco to taste.

4. Chill for a couple of hours.

5. Stir Gazpacho well and serve in iced shot glasses.
