• Hind-sight: Seeing things as they used to be. ‘Doctors and engineers will always be required’. ‘Photographers have no career.’ Etc

• Mind-sight: Seeing things as they could be. It’s about looking at problems as opportunities. Companies exist to solve problems. Whoever they hire is a problem solver in one way or the other.
