Default Agent Website SetupOffice Manager/Broker Role

Click on DEFAULT AGENT WEBSITE from AGENT WEBSITES

The default website will take a little bit of time to set up – you will see a

waiting screen

You can edit the DEFAULT AGENT WEBSITE template for your office, if

desired. At this point, you can close out of the website area. Agents will now

be able to set their accounts up.

Editing Default Agent Website Layout

Choose template if you desire a certain SPG type for your agents’ websites.

Agents can change when they set up their own accounts.

Choose layout for default agent website layout. Agents can change when

they set up their own accounts.

Add and edit desired widgets. Agents can change when they set up their

own accounts.

Edit icon is found in upper right hand corner of every widget.

You have the ability to lock options in certain widgets. Agents CAN NOT

change these options in widgets.

Make sure to save the template. You may save the original template or

create your own template by using SAVE AS.

Subscribing to Agent Website

Click on MY WEBSITE from AGENT WEBSITES drop down menu

Click on SUBSCRIBE NOW!

Waiting screen will appear and a second tab will open with subscription info

Once payment is confirmed, you will be able to set up your website.

Setting up Agent Website

Use wizard to setup agent website. You may make changes after initial

setup.

Choose theme (you may change at a later time as well as add photos)

Choose layout (you may change your selection later)

Add previously purchased URL or use UC provided temporary domain.

Click SETUP MY WEBSITE, there may be a few minute wait while it will be

built and activated. You will be able to customize after it is activated.

Customizing Agent Website

Changing Overall Look

You may choose a different template depending on what SPG you want to

focus on. You can add/delete photos in widget.

Click on plus sign to add pictures to gallery. Click on picture in right hand menu

to add to slider. In slider pictures, click on “x” to delete from slider.

Make sure to save picture by clicking on

checkmark prior to clicking SAVE SETTINGS

Change United Country to office logo by clicking

icon in upper right hand corner.

Adding and Editing Widgets

Access Widget area in left

hand column. If a widget is in

use, blue plus sign will be

greyed out.

Some widgets may be used

more than once (text, picture,

video).

Widgets will appear at top of page. Drag and drop into desired position.

Current widgets may rearrange automatically, you will need to drag and drop

back into desired area. Make sure to SAVE your layout.

All widgets can be edited by clicking in upper right hand corner of widget and

clicking on the edit icon.

Property and Auction widgets have options to show horizontal or list mode.

Some have options to exclude listings from showing, sort options and

listing types.

Text editor uses WYSIWYG editor. You are able to add pictures in this

area. See next two pages for example.

You will need to use

photo hosting site (ie

Imgur.com). Load

photos into program

using their browse and

save options. (Example

is of Imgur.com).

Copy DIRECT LINK from photo

hosting site and paste into URL

area of text widget picture icon.

You can edit size and position in

widget in Image Properties window.

Pictures can be added in the

picture widget by browsing and

saving into the Pictures Gallery.

Add YouTube link to

video widget. You

must use specific link

from URL, not share

link. Please see

example to left. Just

use area in red box

(do not use &feature…

portion).

You may add as many testimonials as you want in your agent website. In

a near future release, you will be able to choose to show 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5

testimonials. There will be a SHOW ALL button added. For now

testimonials will all show.

Search widgets can be edited to show different filters per your

requirements. For the search widget, you can change where listings pull

from in SETTINGS>WEBSITE PARAMETERS

Up to four property quick searches can be set up. You may choose the

desired filters. These are also SEO optimized.

Adding Pages

To add pages, make

sure you click on

HOME and then ADD

PAGE. Once a page

is added, you may

edit the title, add seo

keywords and

descrptions.

Click on Edit Page

icon and then CLICK

TO EDIT. Make

changes in

WYSIWYG editor.

Make sure to save

changes.

For external links, click TRUE for external page and then add URL.

Settings

When an end user fills out a contact form, they will receive an email from

you. You will want to edit the reply email in MANAGE EMAIL area.

You may add a Google Analytics code to track. Facebook Insight will be

removed in a near future release because Facebook is doing away with

Facebook Insight. Regional search information can be added in this area.

You may view information on your Recurly subscription in this area as well.

To tie a domain name to the agent website, click on SETTINGS>DOMAIN

CONFIGURATION. Add URL (don’t add http:// or www.). Then change A

Record in your domain manager to 65.123.141.156. Allow up to 24 hours

for changes to take effect. You may add multiple domain names.

How to instructions for changing A records can be found by clicking on the

appropriate domain registrar logo. If your domain registrar is not in the area,

you will need to look up the instructions in your domain registrar website.

Website logs are for technical support use.

Statistics

You may view user statistics in the Statistics area. Number of users on

website and search criteria users are searching on.

You can also see how many views a particular listing page has had.

Previewing Agent Site

To preview website in desktop, cell phone or tablet mode, click on

WEBSITE and then choose appropriate option.

Clicking on Desktop will give you a live, temporary page to allow you to

interact with the website.

Tying URL to Agent Website

Add your URL to the Domain Configuration area of Settings. Add only the

name, do not add http:// or www. (system will automatically add).

In GoDaddy, find domain

name, go to manage

DNS area and find where

to add A record. Change

to 65.123.141.156.

Once A record is changed to

65.123.141.156, save changes.

Allow up to 24 hours for URL to

populate.
