• Work with core team that has complementary strengths – organization, sales, marketing, hosting, etc.

• Involve students in the presentation – volunteers prefects, AV students, etc.

• Develop timeline • Confirm speakers early • Keep everyone apprised of status – and often • Create a checklist to keep track of things
