Bath County High School TSA members qualify for the
National Technology Student Association Conference for
the third straight year.
At this year's Kentucky TSA Conference, Bath County
received a third place medal for a CH46e Helicopter Model
created by A. J. Withrow. They also received a second place
medal for their On Demand Video and a first place medal
for their Digital Video Production entry.
Bath County TSA is also pleased to announce that Kendra
Willis was elected as the Kentucky TSA State Historian.
Attending this year's conference was A. J. Withrow, Allen
Thomas, Hunter McCarty, Cameron Parker, Cathy
Prater, Kendra Willis, and Hannah Martin.

Students wanting to get their permit paper from the guidance office MUST stop by the guidance office any day but MONDAY. They may pick up the form Tuesday-Friday.

KIDS CHANCE OF KENTUCKY This Scholarship is for any student who has had a parent/guardian seriously injured or killed in a work-related accident. Scholarship is valued at $3,000 per year. The information has been placed on the Scholarship board outside of the Guidance Office. An on-line application is required.
Bath County/Owingsville Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Application
2015 Scholarship Application: The Bath County/Owingsville Chamber of Commerce wishes to grant one graduating student of Bath County High
School a one-time scholarship. We are hopeful that the award will be at least $500.00. Requirements of the Applicant:
~Plans to attend college or technical/trade school after graduation. (Proof of enrollment will be required) ~Must have an average
attendance rate of 90% from the 9th through the 12th grade. ~Must have a sense of civic responsibility.
Chenault Agricultural Scholarship: The Chenault scholarship is valued at $1000 and will be awarded to an
outstanding agriculture senior student that plans to major in Agriculture. Applicant MUST HAVE 3.0 OR ABOVE,
Include a 500 word essay on why you are choosing Agriculture as your path for the future. Please see the Guidance
Office, Mr. Hammons, Mr. Howard or Mrs. Tolle for an application. DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION – APRIL 24, 2015
Wildcat Exchange Bank Scholarship – for students participating in the school bank class KHSAA Sportsmanship Recognition – male and female student athletes, must put together a portfolio of sports activities
BATH COUNTY CATTLEMAN’S ASSOCIATION - The completed applications must be returned to: Bath County Cattlemen’s
Association Scholarship - c/o Jacky S. Watson - 9676 Veterans Memorial Highway Sharpsburg KY 40374 - with a
postmark of no later than April 15, 2014. Any scholarship postmarked after this date will NOT be considered. The
amount of the scholarship shall be $750.00 to be used at any college or university or vocational school. The scholarship
shall be awarded for one year.

The purpose of the SBDM council is to pass policies to improve the learning environment at our school as well as to improve the quality of instruction that is being delivered to the students in our school.
The council meets regularly on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM in the library.
