AttheendoflastFriday,RowenaPublicSchoolplayedhosttothebandofStFrancisXaviersCatholicSchoolfromNarrabri.ItwasaHOTday,however,everyonesoongotovertheheatwhenthemusicstarted.

WestartedthedaywithawonderfulmorningtealaidoutonbehalfoftheRowenacommunity.ItwasdeliciousandIthinkiswhatgotusthroughtheheat.

RowenaPublicSchoolstudentsthenstartedthemusic,withaspotlessperformanceontheMarimbas–unveilingabrandnewsong.FromallreportsourNarrabrifriendswereveryimpressed.

WeallthenheadedintotheclassroomstohaveadiscussionaroundwhatitislikegoingtoschoolinRowena.Wesoonfoundoutthatweweren’tallthatdifferentafterall–althoughwhatasite!50studentsinthe3-6classroomwasquiteextraordinary!

StFrancisXavierBandthentookthestageandplayedincrediblywell–itsoundedjustwonderfulunderourcola.

TheRowenaBandstudentswerethengiventhechancetojointhebandfor2piecestogether.That’sright!Sidebysideinthehugeband!Whatagreatopportunity!

PresentationNightisfastapproaching.Therehasbeenatimechangeto6pm.Pleasepassthisinformationon.

Thereisarafflehappeningforthe‘LandmarkEsky’thatstillhasmoreroominitforthosewhoareyettodonatesomegoodies.Pleaseensureyouaresellingasmanyraffleticketsasyoucan!Eachfamilyshouldhavereceivedapacketoftickets.Pleasemakesurethesearereturned–withthemonies–onthenightreadytobedrawn.Oneluckywinnertakesitall!Allfundsraisedgotowardsupportingourschool,soeveryonebenefits–somakesureeveryonehasparticipated!
