During his address, Mayor Torres lauded
BagoSphere’s initiative for helping Bago City
youths find employment.
In this inaugural summit, inputs were sought
from the industry, academe and government on
the Negros Occidental IT-BPO roadmap for
2011-2013.
BagoSphere opened the symposium with a
speech on how the contact centre industry
can catalyze a movement in empowering
thousands of youths out of poverty in rural
Philippines
We shared and learned from more than 500
people from the worldwide Social Business
movement, and met Nobel Peace Prize
Laureate Muhammad Yunus!
In his presentation Zhihan Lee posed a question to
the audience, “What is the biggest question in your
life?” and walked them through the personal journey
of answering his own in BagoSphere.
