• Which bits of the technique are difficult?• What can we do about this?

• Should be a change which you lead which involves other people doing something they probably otherwise wouldn’t do

• Should follow a scholarly process• Use the materials for this module• Be planned, documented in a reflective way,

evidenced in a scholarly way to show what you have realised about leadership & change
