KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to Contracts/Sales Manager & General Manager
Responsible for reviewing, drafting and finalizing the tenders, proposals, as per the company
procedures and policies.
Monitor and report the contracts, tender, Scope of works and the materials supplied to the
management team as well as to the respective representing manufactures.
Managing & guiding the process of Contracts / Project/PO to ensure that the requirements of end
user are provided cost efficiently and safely with required quality.
Liaising with representing manufactures, customers, and accounts team and with management team
to ensure all the technical, commercial information to enable accurate and timely service & works.
Undertake contract review to establish work scope required
Assist & operate with OEM and End users for the issue in tender clarifications, evaluate the tenders,
commercial negotiations.
Contract administration: preparation of billing instruction, contractual obligations, insurance,
invoicing strategy, tracking price and variations.
Subcontract Management - Preparation of order with sub-contractors & order follow ups.
Liaising with OEM and End users regards to progress of work, commercial issues, contractual
issues, technical clarifications and component supply.
Prepare job files for timely invoicing, final sign off and closure and Coordinating with End user for
Site Acceptance report.
Interfere the disputes between OEM/Subcontractor/Manufacturer with End users related to
contractual issues, resolved and recommended potential solution to management.
Solid experienced in preparing tender documents, letters minutes of meeting with oral and
communication skills, with experienced in developing of contact types, service agreement and other
contract terms and condition.

Prepare and maintaining of qualified contractors, Manufactures & suppliers.
Meetings with manufactures & suppliers to seek their interest to participate in the tenders & for Pre-
qualifying manufactures in bidders list.
Verifying the alignment with HSE clauses, Contracts terms & conditions on compliance, Procedures,
Instructions and any applicable legislation when reviewing & submission of contracts & tenders.
Negotiation on contractual terms and conditions with contractors and manufactures.
Handling various types of agreements and contracts: such as subcontracts, consultants’ contracts,
joint venture contracts, consortium agreements, MOU, confidentiality agreement etc. Review the
same with the inputs from the client, modify where necessary and finalize the draft agreement.
Considering & evaluating the scope of work to be covered.
Co-ordination with the Principal manufacturer on the supply of Materials, service works and other
terms.
Drafting & listing the technical, commercial & legal terms
Listing the product with the technical meeting the client requirements
Extracting information on the previous tender submitted to the client TENDER SUBMISSION
On Tender Committee acceptance to bid for the tender, product listing is being done.
Preparation tender documents as per the tender requirement.
Raising requests for the Bid Bond, performance bond, Guarantee for the warranty period
Preparation of technical descriptive offer & commercial offer
Ensuring the technical data sheet of the listed products
Submission of the final tender documents for the approval to the Tender Committee
Presentation file (e-copy & hard copy) is arranged as per the tender submission details
VENDOR REGISTRATION & PRE-QUALIFICATION

As our company holds subsidiary office in Abu Dhabi doing the registration mainly with ADNOC
subsidiary companies & EMAL (DUBAL).
Managing the legal documents of the locations with Trade License, Commercial documents, Power of
Attorney etc.
