Isaac Maimon was born in Israel, in 1951, to French speaking parents. He grew up in Tel Aviv exhibiting a talent for art, a love for la vie Francais, and an appreciation of the beauty of the human form.
Isaac Maimon paints totally modern works. The bold colors are a pure passion. He is influenced by the Paris school, and he creates works which are absorbing, rich and uniquely Maimon. He is a humanist artist who cannot live without the human touch.
From 1973 to 1976 he attended the Avni Institute of Fine Art in Tel Aviv, the most prestigious academy for the arts in Israel, where Maimon's interest in the Paris school was cultivated and advanced.
