To guarantee the return of the application/permit in time for planned crossing the applicant shall submit the application two (2) business days in advance of crossing date.All vehicles shall be off the facility by 5 AM. All vehicles are subject to inspections. All permits shall be carried at all times in the vehicle, including NYCDOT & NYSDOT issued permits. On the basis of the above stated loading conditions and/or dimensions this vehicle may cross the MTA Bridge or Tunnel , subject to all New York State, New York City, and MTA B&T rules and regulations, and special instructions listed below (if any).
