ThisnoticeiswrittenonbehalfoftheTimberlaneIIPropertyOwnersAssociationBoardofDirectors.

It is that time of the year again where the roofs &gutters will be cleaned of all of the loose debris. Theroof & gutter cleaning has been scheduled tocommenceonMonday,May2,2016andisscheduledtoendon Friday,May 13, 2016.Thisworkwill takeplace between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,Monday-Friday.

Please be advised that there will be fallingdebris, and in some areas major falling debris,comingoffoftheroofswhilethisworkistakingplace. Please leave your rear patio gate (ifapplicable) open/unlocked in the event that accessis needed. Additionally, please make sure that anyandall patio furniture andpersonalbelongings arecoveredand/ormovedinordertoensurethatthereis not any damage from falling debris, as theAssociation will not be responsible for any itemsdamaged due to items being left out, not moved,and/orleftunprotected.
