People like tea because it has lots of vitamins. There are many types of teas and many flavors that can be added to tea. Tea is very healthy for many people.If you always drink soda it is bad for your health so you should drink tea instead, such as herbal tea makesour body relax.

TYPES OF TEAS

A white teas leaves are hard to find, this tea has to be preparedat the lowest temperature.

Black tea is a common tea,it can be very bitter if you leavethe black teas leaf in the hotwater for a long time.

Milk tea is from UK. Hong Kong milk tea is made with black tea and condensedmilk. A British milk tea is served with black tea, milk & sugar. Bubble milk tea is from Taiwan, it is just milk tea with tapioca.There are lots of flavors of bubble milk tea, they arestrawberry, green apple, peach and grape and more.
