Who drinks it and how they brew it
Tea’s OriginIt all started in China 5000 years ago the emperor Shang Nong made his servants boil water and bring it to the garden. When he was sitting out there some herbal leaves fell into his drink . He found it so refreshing and energizing that he ordered all his servants to plant herbal leaves in the palace gardens. This herbal plant was tea. They also started to use tea as medicine.

What is tea?
It must brewed to be made. The four special types are
black tea, oolong tea, green tea and white tea.
They are special because they are processed differently with the same plant.
Tea is one of the worlds favourite beverage.

India=masala chai= boil tea leaves, ginger, cardamom, water, sugar and milk till the brew is strong, dark in colour and has good
smell.

4. Drying=When you keep the leaves out to dry {There are three types of dryings systems.

1. To make it at home, first boil water
2. Then pour the hot water into a cup.3. Then dip the tea bag into the
boiling water4. After three minutes take the tea
bag out of the cup then you can drink it, for lighter tea put it for less time
5. If you want you can add some m.ilk and sugar.
