What´s very important not only for SENIORs?

MENTAL and PHYSICAL CONDITION

- 70% of people body is water, so we offer devices for effective but not expensive ..water quality optimalisation = ANTICALC, AQVITAL, AQVITOX-D, .. .... ..... ..... .DEZANOL ...

1. ANTICALC®= save water pipeline and body too (ren= kidney/ľadviny.......... and gall/žlčník) before water stones (limestones),CALCIT...

The magnetic water treatment uses magnetic fields and hydrodynamic parametresof water to prevent the formation of salt crystals on the walls of facilities.

This physical treatment does not remove minerals from the water. They are preserved, which is very important if such water is used for drinking.

Functioning without any other costs, without energy supply more as 50 years. Don´t need change some filters. Guarantee 5 years.

According to the benefit of ANTICALC we can divide its use into the following areas:

Savings - by preventing the formation of lime scale in water heating appliances, the savings can reach 15 to 30%. The technical appliances work throughout the duration of the action of ANTICALC, with the intended effect and without any further loss of performance.

Other uses:Cold/hot water distribution - less energy, higher throughput of the pipeline Mixing taps (vodovodné batérie) - life extension of up to 50% Washing machines - life extension of up to 50%, 30% saving on detergents, reduced energy consumption Flushing cisterns (splachovače) - no replacements and repairs Water heating-boiler, reducing energy consumption by up to 30%, prolonging equipment life Dishwasher/umývačka riadu - life extension of up to 50%, 50% less powder and salts Boiler, heating - reducing energy consumption by up to 30%, extending appliance life by 50%

Kettles/rýchlovarná konvica - life ensured as indicated by the manufacturer Steam iron/naparovacia žehlička - life ensured as indicated by the manufacturer Cookware/kuchynský riad - life extension Garden - saving on fertilizers, increased yields, higher plant resistance to pests

Pools - preventing algae/riasy growth, saving chemicals Construction - higher quality of concrete = stronger

Before 3 months afterapplication

2. AQVITAL = The Principle of Operation

AQVITAL is a new, advanced technology of additional treatment (liečba) of drinking

water, a revolutionary way to improve your quality of life.

The operating principle is a physical activation of drinking water with the help of

electric fields, utilizing(využívanie) a partial separation of ions. It is achieved in

Separated chambers and by precise voltage and current control with a computer,

in accordance with the chemical composition of water.

The physical fields change the size and inner structure of water clusters and increase

their energy. Greater numbers of water clusters with an increased energy charge

and potential are generated.

Effects of water treated with the AQVITAL system upon the body

- Since the redox potential of the water treated with AQVITAL is minus 100 to minus

200 mV, the water has antioxidant parametres, counteracts the aging of cells,

rejuvenates the body

-Harmful substances are excreted from the body and the immunity is enhanced

- Increases the body's oxygen supply

- The Ph AQVITAL/treated water is in the range 7-8 (acid/alkaline)...

3. DEZANOL = AREAL (Surface) disinfectionDezanol is a neutral disinfectant solution, which has antibacterial, antifungal,

sporicidal and virus inactivating effects. It effectively removes odor (zápach).

It is produced by electro-physico-chemical decomposition of sodium chloride

distilled or drinking water. The solution is a clear, colorless liquid with chlorine odor,

which contains highly active oxygen compounds of chlorine.

Dezanol is used for surface disinfection in households, health care, food industry,

veterinary medicine, and in residential and non-residential premises, aircraft...

Dezanol contains active chlorine - a mixture of hypochlorous acid and sodium

hypochlorite (<0.05%), chlorine dioxide, sodium chloride.

Multi-treatment technology:

The membrane is permeable for certain ions, allowing

electrophysical division and fragmentation of the

used saline solution. Therefore, this technology in not

comparable to the simple electrolysis of the same solution.

4. AQVITOX-D = Wound care (ošetrenie rán) liquid.

Utilisation of AQVITOX®-D for the treatment of skin, mucosae, skin andmucosal defects and wounds

AQVITOX®-D = efficient support of healing process, reduces colonisation by undesired (nežiadúcimi) microorganisms, eliminates inflammation.

About AQVITOX®-DSuper oxidised (oxygen represents the active substance and the chemical effect on undesired microorganisms is oxidation), non-toxic, non-irritating substance for moistening and supporting wound healing, eliminating inflammation, and reducing quantity of undesired microorganisms present on skin and mucosae. AQVITOX®-D is a colourless liquid with a soft odour of chlorine.

IngredientsWater: 99.8%, Chloric acid: <0.03%, Sodium hypochlorite: <0.03%, Chlorine dioxide: 0.0001%, Sodium chloride: 0,1%.

CERTIFIED SMART AND INTEGRATED LIVING ENVIRONMENTS FOR

AGEING WELL

WP2: CONTEXT & VISION

HOMES4LIFE | CERTIFICATION FOR AGEING IN PLACE 7

Fundamental questions

What does it mean for a home to be age-friendly ?

What kind of dimensions should a certification scheme take

into account ? And for whom ?

Into what kind of physical and social environments will the

certification scheme be introduced ?

How can a certification scheme meaningfully support the

upscaling of promising age-friendly housing initiatives ?

TASKS

2.1 Desktop research (overview existing approaches and visions)

2.2 Stakeholder workshop (discuss concept vision with expert board)

2.3 Vision document (possibilities for 2040 if upscaling is realized)

2.4 Working taxonomy (staring point development certification scheme)

2.5 Innovation analysis (find promising pilots to test certification scheme)

HOMES4LIFE | CERTIFICATION FOR AGEING IN PLACE 8

RationaleNot one-size-fits-all (national & regional specificities and visions)

Focus on IR, NL, BE, AU, PL, DK, SE, FR IT, ES (selection countries based on spread over 5 geographical clusters with distinct ‘elder care regimes’)

Country reportsVariables: Socio-demographics, housing stock, laws and policy agendas, existing certification schemes (structure reports)

Method: Desk research using European statistics, input national experts (e.g. Poland!)

Cross-country comparison and implicationsOverview of key factors per country in 5 bullet points (the ‘so what’ question)

Synthesize as input for vision: what could the future of age-friendly housing look like by 2040?
