Reasons for Low Volume

• Price sensitive market• Low cost competitors• Location of the hospital (not visible from main

road)• Delay in replacement of the faculty• Frequent change in faculty

Strategies to Overcome the Gaps

• Enhance corporate customer base• Develop network with Lady Health Visitors

(LHVs)• Develop low cost delivery packages• Hiring of renowned NFTs

MAJOR CHALLENGES

• Maintain sustainability in spite of substantial increase in cost due to quality improvement measures.

• Provide security to patients and staff in a politically unstable and hostile environment.

• Complete renovation without affecting the quality of care and patient volume.

• Improve quality of care and obtain JCIA accreditation.
