AFGHAN WIRELESSAs Afghanistan’s first mobile communications provider, Afghan Wireless Communication Company (AWCC) has offered its 4 million subscribers a variety of innovative telecommunications services.

For example, the AWCC MyMoney platform allows subscribers to access a wide range of financial services from their mobile devices.

Users can send and receive money, pay businesses for goods or services, and receive their own paychecks.

Additionally, MyMoney is fully integrated with Afghanistan’s Maiwand Bank, adding to its convenience as a money management option.

NAQDINA

Afghan Wireless recently forged a new strategic partnership in the financial sector, choosing to integrate its mobile services with electronic payment company Naqdina.

NAQDINAAWCC subscribers can now top up their mobile accounts at Naqdina’s self-service kiosks, point-of-service terminals, and other service centers located throughout Kabul, Ghor, Herat, and Badakhshan.

Customers can also recharge their accounts using Naqdina’s mobile applications. 

AWCC’s partnership with Naqdina greatly expands the capabilities of its MyMoney platform by providing subscribers with a variety of new account management options.

As noted by managing director Amin Ramin, the news also reflects Afghan Wireless’ dedication to leadership and innovation in the mobile payments sector.
