54-year-old women. Diagnosed of Severe Plaque Psoriasis in

2000. In 2000 did not improve treatment with

PUVA. In 2001 was treated with cyclosporine

showing good response to treatment, but had to be suspended for hypertension.

In 2008 was treated with methotrexate without improvement .

The patient was referred for evaluation because of a psoriasis flare involving extensive plaques on all body surfaces

We decided to start treatment with adalimumab 80 mg at initiation followed by 40 mg one weeks later and 40mg every other week.
