Partnership Considerations Partner displays are subject to hotel regulations. Any
associated service fees (e.g. for hanging displays) are the responsibility of the partner, paid directly to the hotel or its agent.
Benefits including partner logos, artwork, imagery, or other partner-supplied data for NSBE publications require that items be supplied by partner no later than April 1, 2016. Late items are not guaranteed to be included in NSBE publications and may be included only for items that have not yet gone to print.
Partner must be confirmed by NSBE by January 28, 2016, to participate in technical paper selection. Selected papers must conform to peer review standards.
Strategies to Maximize Partnership
Identify key employees for awards and to submit technical papers Feature high profile company products (vehicles, missions, etc.) Share significant company technical developments
Include prototypes, software, demonstrations, test articles, etc. from author’s paper as part of company trade show exhibit
Leverage ad/artwork benefits to promote company product lines
Send employees to scout for potential talent, collaboration opportunities, suppliers, customers, and useful technologies
Use reserved table space for informal interviews/discussions – invite persons of interest to dine with key company officials
Partnership ProcessingCancellation/Refund Policy
Final deadline for submission of partnership materials is 30 days prior to the event date. A full invoice will be issued for all sponsored items prior to 30 days of the event date, except for registrations (credit card payment only). A 10% late fee will be assessed to any unpaid invoices falling within 30 days of the event date. Within 30 days of the conference event date, only credit card payments are accepted as the form of payment. Payment in full for any sponsored item contained in the 2016 NSBE Aerospace Systems Conference Highlights/Partnership Opportunities must be received no later than 30 days prior to the conference event date in order to guarantee access to conference events. Within 30 days of the event date, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS.
