High-zone referee – inside attacking zone no deeper then highest attacking player

Goal line referee points and blows goal, reports goal, then waits for center spot face-off.

High zone referee retrieves puck, monitors player change, controls line change, executes center spot face-off.

Deep referee just in front of goal line – his whistle starts play

Outside referee places puck at centre floor then skates between player benches
