Questions and Answers from Contractors

1. Will this contract be for just the Columbia campus or all the campuses? (the original contract that was cancelled mentioned all branches and we just wanted to clarify, though we are excited either way) A: This contract will be utilized by all campuses.

2. The following questions all pertain to the ATTACHMENT A document a. Page 1 (Items 1 and 2) seem to be the same product with different prices can you clarify. b. Page 1 (Items 1 and 2) clarifying you are looking for Sq Ft pricing and not Sq Yd? c. (items 36) Should this be LF pricing? d. Page 3 (Item 37) Same e. Page 4 (Items 59-62 and 71) Sq Ft not Sq Yd? f. Page 5 (Items 83,84, and 90) Sq Ft not Sq Yd? g. Page 7 (Items 113 and 125) same h. Page 9 (Items 149, 150) Should this be LF i. Page 9 (Item 158) Sq ft not Sq yd?

3. So, I do not see the carpet install price on the contract I just did a quick glance, however, I see

the “take up” costs on the Sundry List, however, no install pricing for each material nor is it on

the Sundry sheet? ? A: See attached revised Attachment A Bidding Schedule I guess you don’t

need the breakdown for each material for “material” price and installation? I just wanted to be

sure. A: No the breakdown for each material price and installation is not required.
