    IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES APPEARING IN AME LICENSEEXAMINATION FEBRUARY 2012 SESSION

    (Rule 41(A) (1) of the Aircraft Rules 1937)

    Candidates are advised to check their particulars for correctness of allotted

    category/papers/centers etc. In case of any discrepancy, it should be IMMEDIATELYbrought to the notice of the Central Examination Organization, East Block-III, R.K.Puram,New Delhi-110 066, through Fax (No. 011- 26196307) or e mail: [email protected] latest by12th February 2012

    During scanning of the OMR Sheets, it has been observed that the candidates are makingmistakes while darkening ovals in the OMR sheets. The candidates, inadvertently, darkenthe ovals of ZERO instead of ONE; particularly while darkening the ovals of Roll Numberor Question Paper Reference Number. The candidates should remain alert about this fact,while darkening the ovals.

    The candidates should use BALL - POINT PEN only on both sides of OMR sheet, i.e. filling

    in the ovals for answering the questions on side 2 and filling the particulars on side 1 ofOMR SHEET.

    Candidates should ensure that they fill up and darken the ovals correctly for Roll Numberand Question paper Reference number. The OMR sheet cannot be evaluated if the roll no.and/or Question paper Reference number are not correctly filled up and correct ovals are notdarkened and hence the result is declared as NOT EVALUATED (NE).

    Candidates appearing at Delhi Centre for AME Licence Written Examination shall haveto carry a DGCA Photo Identity Card as per the Performa given below / issued byrespective Heads of organization / Quality Managers / Chief Instructor of AME trainingInstitute under their jurisdiction for entry into the Examination Hall. This Photo Identity Cardshall be issued to only those candidates, who are admitted for the writtenexamination at Delhi centre only. However private (Unemployed) candidates areappearing at Delhi centre are advised to get their DGCA Photo Identity Card issued byRegional Airworthiness office (Delhi) between 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM on all working days

    Candidates appearing atAll other Centers including Delhi Centre shall have to carryhis/her proof of Identity (any one of the following documents) while appearing in AMELicence Examination along with the downloaded page of the website list of admittedcandidates on which their name appears for entry into the Examination Hall.

    o Passport / Voter identity card / Department or Institute or organization Photo Identitycard / Airport Entry Card / PAN card

    Instructions/Rules Regarding carrying/use of mobile

    phones

    Mobile phones, electronic wrist watches, wrist watch phones, multimedia watches pagers, penscanners or any other communication devices even in switched off mode are not allowed insidethe premises where the DGCA examination is being conducted. Any infringement of theseinstructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.

    Candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of the banned item as mentionedabove to the venue of the DGCA examination, as arrangement for safekeeping can not beassured.

    IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS TOCANDIDATESTHIS IS IMPORTANTACTION AGAINST CANDIDATES FOUND GUILTY OF MISCONDUCT:A candidate who is or has been declared by the DGCA to be guilty of:

    (i) Obtaining support of his/her candidature by any means, or Impersonating

    (iii) Procuring impersonation by any person, or using unfair means during the Examination orleaving examination hall with the question paper, OMR sheet.

    (iii) Making statements which are incorrect or false or suppressing material information

    (iv) Writing irrelevant matter including obscene language on answer sheets/objection slips/

    reproducing questions from the question paper

    (V) Misbehaving in any other manner in the examination hall or harassing or doing bodily harm to the

    staff deputed by the DGCA for the conduct of examination

    (Vi) Bringing Mobile phones, electronic wrist watches, wrist watch phones, pagers, pen scanners or any

    other communication devices in the examination Hall, even in switched off mode.

    Attempting to commit or, as the case may be, abetting the DGCA of all or any of the actsspecified in the foregoing clauses, the candidate may be:

    (a) Disqualified by the DGCA from examination for which he/she is a candidate, and/or

    (b) Debarred either permanently or for a specified period by the DGCA from any examination.
