The product “remote bill payment” is included on a co-exclusive basis with sponsors of the NOC in the banking category only, provided that the remote bill payment products are the banking sponsors’ proprietary products which do not feature any other third-party branding.

Pre-paid single function stored value cards are not included in the definition of Products so long as such cards are denominated in units of a product/service rather than in monetary units (for instance, a card providing a certain number of minutes of telephone service is not included in the definition of Products). Pre-paid cards denominated in monetary units are included in the definition of Products. Non pre-paid single function cards, which are used to access a line of credit from a telecommunications company, are included in the definition of Products. For the avoidance of doubt, the NOC shall not be permitted to grant to any party the right to place the NOC marks on any pre-paid single function cards, whatever their denomination, as well as on any
