AlumecanoProfitable slab formwork

The wood lined Cantilevered Drophead adds support of 4 cm to the Alisan Panel. The wood inlay can then be easily nailed and unnai-led to the panel, preventing it from moving.

System compatible with any kind of surface, even with Alisan Dome, recoverable and made of polypro-pylene, designed to maximum saving of concrete.

How do we do it?

1. The formwork is assembled, depending on the type of slab we use either Alumecano with board or phenolic shuttering surfaces.

2. This stage is for placing the ste-elwork, the caissons and concreting the slab.

3. After 3 days, we remove some formwork material leaving only 20% shoring the slab.Now we are goint to use the rest of the formwork, 80%, to assembly it on the upper slab.

4. By this procedure the formwork system is profitable for us fast and safe assembly, plus partial recovery make the mecanoconcept a cost saver on site.

The system consists of two basic elements: Multiple U's Joist Bearer and intermediate Joist with wood.

The Joist includes an inlaid wooden slat which allows the board to be attached and detached easily.

Mecanoconcept combines Alsina's wide experience in formwork systems in forged concrete components, including added value in safety, productivity and cost-effectiveness.

The system's structural elements, the Joist bearer and the Joists inlaid with wood have been designed to be overlapped in both directions.

The metal joist is the element that has to be laid most times, therefore it has to be lightweight and resistant.

The Multiple U-shape joist bearer can house a Joist inlaid with wood. Both elements are fixed and faste-ned during assembly to ensure the formwork process.

The Aluminium girder is an element made from aluminium, designed to support and reposition the HT-20 wood beams. 2, 3,6 and 4,9 m. It is available in different lengths so that it can be adapted to any perimeter.

The TC beam support is an acces-sory that overlaps two beams and can be adjusted to all geometries.

Aluflex system allow safety handrails in both directions, one anchored in the Aluminium Joist and the other anchored in the wood beam.

The Multiform Table has a Folding Drophead, designed for the reco-very of the Table under the slabs without the need to disassemble the Props.

The hydraulic trolley is designed to facilitate form removal tasks and the transition to the next concrete phase on the same floor without needing a crane.

The vertical transport C-hook allows transport, placement of post-shores and the positioning and removal of the table on site to be carried out quickly.

Designed in accordance with EN-1065 Standard: Anti-separation System between the tube and the body, and safety distance to avoid getting hands caught. Regulator with thread system with stopper.

A-Lite PropLightweight & Resistant ShoringThe A-lite Prop is Alsina's new telescopic shoring system. It is made of aluminium and is both lightweight and strong.

The A-lite Prop can be used as an independent support, or as a part of a loading tower. The so-called bracing frame accessory has been designed to brace the A-Lite post-shores, and safely and quickly assemble independent loading towers.

Assembly and disassembly of a column using Springform means saving time.

Concrete finished with a single verti-cal joint. The closing joint is reinfor-ced with a punched steel handrail to house the wedges and bolts.

The modules adapts to each radius on site, so they are useful to imple-menting differents kinds of circular walls.

The climbing platform C-160 system allows piles and walls of clim-bing cycles with pouring heights of up to 4 m to be formed with total safety for the laborers. The assembly of the climbing platform and its safety platform can be carried out on the ground, before positioning it on the wall / pile, or by placing the platforms in the anchorage rings and assembling the platform later.

In the C-240 Climbing System, for-mwork operations are carried out using a shifter car that separates the formwork 75 cm from the wall, allowing the joint movement of the platform and the formwork without having to remove the formwork.

The platform is specially designed to provide safety and facilitate the operator works, keeping the floor space completely free of obstruc-tions, such as: beams, platforms, etc.

Accessory for safe working conditions at high elevations. Mainly indicated for concrete pouring and vibration com-paction of columns and walls.

A 2,5 meters long and 4,3 meters high metal structure shaped as an inverted "L". It has a 2,5 m radius retrac-table device of working radius.

The entire set is moved by crane and placed in the conic metal tubes, which have been previously cast on the columns.

Alsipercha pivots smoothly in the column in an obsta-cle-free 360º radius.

It's only necessary to insert cast-in tubes in approxima-tely 50% of the columns of the worksite without affec-ting its structure.
