The administrative areas included an interactive display kitchen and presentation room. The meat processing addition had to meet stringent Canadian Food Inspection Agency Guidelines and jurisdictions.

A $73M state of the art pet nutrition manufacturing facility for a worldwide manufacturer and supplier of high quality dog and cat foods. The new facility houses the most current technology available for controlling and securing production in order to detect and prevent product contamination. The project consists of an industrial component used for manufacturing, laboratories and research areas as well as office component providing for the administrative requirements.

LEED AP assistance for Condor Properties for the Longo’s head office and distribution centre. The facility will house a 50,000 sq.ft. head office, a dry warehouse of 100,000 sq.ft, and a refrigerated component of 60,000 sq.ft. Innovative energy saving measures will be incorporated to reuse the waste heat from the refrigeration systems for both space and process heating. The project has obtained LEED certification and will contain 100,000 sq.ft. of photovoltaic array solar panels.

A storage and wine production warehouse for a family-owned and operated estate winery situated on the lower slopes of the Niagara Escarpment uniting traditional winemaking techniques with state-of-the-art technology. Fruit is harvested from old-growth, low-yield vines and handled using natural gravity flow and litosphere geothermic energy. The warehouse will contain a climate controlled barrel cellar, bottling line, administrative and lab areas, and warehousing.
