It started in 2000 with car air conditioning business by the Ong brothers. Their speci�c customer was the taxi industry where Mr. Andy Ong saw the business opportunity for the tire and battery business. In 2004, Mr. Andy Ong visited China to enquire from Shandong Yongtai Chemical Group Co., Inc., the manufacturer of the prominent brand Duran tires. Unfortunately the said company was not yet producing that particular size of tire for taxi cab.

The plan to go into tire business was shelved; instead Mr. Andy Ong proceeds to his hometown, Zamboanga, to research on rubber processing. Finally with some partners end up in Davao, starting a rubber processing plant intended for export market.

It was in 2008, he with his wife, Mrs. Joy Ong, established the All Orient Marketing with initial product such as tire �op and tube from China and in 2009 Shandong Yongtai Chemical Group Co., Inc. awarded the sole distributorship to All Orient Marketing to promote and sell the prominent brand DURAN tires in the Philippines. Thus this completed the tires product line carried by All Orient Marketing.

At the start of its operation, a simple yet straightforward functional organization was established to take care of its valued customers’ needs, these were sales and marketing, �nance and accounting, and a support group consists of customers assistant and logistics Mrs. Joy Ong, as accounting graduate, personally handled the �nance and accounting functions while Mr. Andy Ong headed the importation, sales and marketing and logistics activities. Both husband and wife believe that establishing a straightforward functional organization is a priority in order to serve the customers well. As simple as it was yet the coordination of each function is fast and smooth in addressing its customers’ needs. It is a truly customers’ driven company.

Today, with the company’s growing market, the company is embarking in a new project which will de�ne its functional activities with some additional management functions which will then translate into an e�ective structural organization, and �nally professionalize the whole business organization.

All e�orts are focus on how to provide a much better and faster service for its valued customers.

From then on All Orient Marketing grows fast in term of market share in the tire industry.
