O U T D O O R L E A R N I N G S P A C EThis year, St. Margaret Mary Elementary School staff would like to expand their students’ learning space to include the outdoors. Currently, the school has no outdoor classroom space where students can work on projects. To rectify this, we would like to purchase four 46-inch tables so an entire grade level could work outside together. To make this project complete, we would also purchase clip boards for the students to move around with their work, and crushed granite for under the tables for drainage. Total cost $5800.

During the auction, St. Margaret Mary Elementary School will be making this special appeal where everyone will have a chance to show support for this project. Please raise your bid card for the amount you would like to contribute to our outdoor learning space. The auctioneer will ask for donations using the following increments: $300, $200, $100, $50, $25 and $10.

Help our students fill up their water bottle all day long with the healthiest drinking water possible. Every CamelBak water bottle purchased helps fund a new filtered water fountain with water bottle capacity. The water bottles are for sale on the porch for $30 each.

The CamelBak with the St. Mary Catholic Schools logo has a double- walled bottle construction to keep your water cold twice as long as a standard bottle. The spill-proof valve allows students to hydrate immedi ately without having to open or close the bottle. The bottle also has a lockout dial with easy to read graphics for leak-proof transport.

Donated by Principal Eleanor HealyBuy five raffle tickets for $20 (or one ticket for $5) and you will have a chance for your child to become "Principal for a Day!" They will love you for it. Volunteers selling tickets are mingling with our guests. Look for them between 6:00-10:00 p.m. Anyone who buys a ticket could win this for their child this year! Your child will be able to plan a special day for the school, plan a theme for the day, as well as special activities for the students. Mrs. Healy and the winner will determine the date. The winner will be announced this evening. You need not be present to win.
