Each week, tracking runs from Sunday-Saturday. Tracking for Week 1 of the challenge will began on Sunday, June 6th and will run through Saturday, June 12. The challenge is scheduled to run for 10 weeks, ending on Saturday, August 14th.    Each Monday, you will receive an email link to report your previous weeks results. You will need to log your previous week’s information by 8:00 am Wednesday to have your information reflected on the weekly leaderboard (if you log after Wednesday morning, your information will not show up on the leaderboard till the following week). For your convenience, the attached spreadsheet can help you keep track of your daily miles, water consumption and brain health items.    This challenge is meant to encourage you to reach a personal goal, to get moving, consume more water and be a healthier you. Please be fair and honest in your tracking. If you are struggling to meet your goal, please ask the group for tips and encouragement or, if applicable, consider changing your goal to something more attainable for you.  If you have an idea for a mini challenge during the challenge let us know!
