Ken manages all training functions at the bank including compliance, management and graduate management programs and sales and customer service training. In addition, Ken directs the training technology strategy for the bank. He also manages the Business Development team and strategy to drive improvements in the business customer experience. A perfect day for Ken would be to take Mark Twain to a Red Socks’ game.

Mark joined the Our Community Credit Union team where in addition to his responsibilities as Staff Development Director he also oversees the credit union portal, aka PLUTO. When not at work, enjoys wine making, golfing, and spending time with his family, and he is also an avid Seahawks fan.

Aaron Rawson

Aaron started his career in the financial industry over 20 years ago and has been with the State Bank of Cross Plains since 1995. Aaron’s current role includes systems management, vendor management, data analysis, and project management. The bank launched its employee portal in 2012, and ever since then, the bank’s portal team has continually searched for effective and engaging ways to use the portal to improve the bank’s employees’ experience.
