• Acting in an anti-social manner that causes,or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm ordistress to one or more persons not of thesame household as himself within the City orPreston. Examples are (but not limited to)the use of foul and abusive language or theuse of threatening or intimidating languageand behaviour.

• Associating with Adam Killeen (15) in apublic place, save and except for when atthe Preston Vocational Centre, St Paul'sRoad, Preston.

• Associating with Rory Reneghan (16) in apublic place, save and except for whenattending Larches School, Preston.
