organic floral designs will deliver the perfect touch of natural

beauty to your event.

Our A La Carte wedding package is ideal for brides who love

abundant, modern floral designs but don’t require large-scale in-

stallations or set-up at their venue. This option is also perfect for

brides who only need blooms for their bridal party and a few focal

arrangements for their ceremony and reception.

Simply tell us your color palette and provide a few details about

your overall wedding vision and we’ll create stunning floral designs

for your special day!

We understand that planning a wedding can be an overwhelming

experience. With so many flower options, confusion about season-

al availability, and numerous variables that affect cost, checking

florals off your wedding to-do list can be daunting. We’ve stream-

lined the process of ordering your wedding flowers by creating a

customizable option that allows you to choose what’s perfect for

your wedding… and your budget.

account, and this packet to familiar-

ize yourself with Alabama Eden’s style.

Email or message us to schedule a

phone consult. We’ll get to know

each other and discuss your unique

wedding flower vision. Then complete

the A La Carte order form you’ll re-

ceive via email.

We’ll email you back within a few

days of receiving your order form with

a customized proposal and quote

based on the info you provided.

After approving your quote, pay a

non-refundable deposit of 50% via

online invoice or mailed check. Your

deposit is applied to your total

amount due.

Six weeks before your event, we’ll call

to go over final detail and discuss any

last minute tweaks. Additions, substitu-

tions, and small changes can be

made at this time.

Final payment is due thirty days be-

fore your wedding date.

Pick-up at our home studio on Satur-

day morning at the time stated on

your order. Your designs will be care-

fully packaged for transport. (Venue

delivery available)

PICKING-UP YOUR FLOWERS

Orders will be available for pick-up at our home studio in Rainbow

City, Alabama at the time specified on your order. Please arrange

to have your flowers picked-up by a trusted friend or family member

at the specified time.

Bouquets will be packaged in hydration wraps which can be re-

moved upon arrival. All ribbons will be packaged with their corre-

sponding bouquets; however, the client will be responsible for tying

them on to prevent wetness.

Any rental items (vases, compotes, urns) must be returned by date

specified on your contract.

You will be provided a bottle of floral hydrator to periodically mist

arrangements prior to the wedding. Please return bottle with rental

items.

Delivery to local venues is available for an additional $50.00 fee.
