Dear Akshay Dey, Meritorium Technologies Pvt Ltd is pleased to inform you that you are selected for sponsorship of

training leading to profile of a Maintenance Engineer. We provisionally offer you the trainee position on

the following prerequisites. We trust your knowledge, skill & experience will be among our most

valuable assets

i. Youre joining for self support basis training start from

ii. 80 hours training for program will be conducted in single phase of CRT (Class Room Training).

iii. After successful completion of CRT you will undergo the recruitment process where candidate has to place his / her final assessment from company on the cutting edge technology.

iv. Successful completion of the CRT means candidate has to complete the program with final

assessment conducted by the company.

v. Salary range for the selected candidate would be Rs. 1, 20,000 to Rs. 2, 20,000 per Annum

(CTC). But the actual salary offered depends upon the candidates qualification, Technical Skills,

Communication skills and process & location.

vi. After successful completion of CRT You will be sent for joining / Outsourcing Meritorium

Technologies ltd / Associate companies of Meritorium, Vendors of Meritorium or any other IT

Company.

vii. The candidate is required to exhibit the commitment and discipline as appropriate at a

professional work place. As such, candidates are expected to maintain high standards of

attendance, minimum 75% of knowledge retention, punctuality, regularity and code of conduct in

during the training, failing which enrolment for Placement Opportunity might be cancelled on

disciplinary grounds which are at the sole discretion of the management.

viii. Minimum of 95% attendance is required. Failure will lead to disqualification from the offer.

ix. You have to abide by the company policies and rules of company. If you commit any breach of

discipline or neglect duties / training or so conduct yourself as to bring discredit to the company

or act in a manner disloyal to the company during the period of training, the company shall be at

liberty to dismiss your candidature.

x. If you cause any damage to companys property, then you will be charged the damaged amount

and your candidature from training/outsourcing/joining will be dismissed.

xi. If you leak any confidential matter or documents of the company to the others, then company

have every right to take action against you, even company can terminate you without any

notification.

xii. You may be transferred from one profile to another or from one section or department to another

at the discretion of the company. And you may be placed with any associate companies. Further

your service is always transferable to any place in India or its subsidiaries at the absolute

discretion of the company.

xiii. The candidate cannot claim any joining Opportunity from Meritorium Technologies if the

management finds his/her code of conduct unethical.

xiv. If you dont join the position offered to you after your interview then you cannot claim another

opportunity. Organization can give you another offer but the decision on the same would be of

the organization.
