Mr. Sanjeev Pednekar is a conservationist and is thefounder of PRANI, the pet sanctuary. Right from hischildhood he loved rescuing abandoned and injuredanimals and birds. Due to his compassion towardsanimals, he has volunteered for many organizationssuch as Karuna Welfare Association of Karnataka,Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike’s Forest Cell torescue birds and animals. In 2017, he started his ownpet sanctuary called PRANI located on KanakapuraRoad, in the village of Somanahalli. This sanctuary is ahome to more than 700 animals. The main aim of thissanctuary is to spread awareness among people aboutanimal behavior and importance of coexistence. .

Mr. Rahul Saini holds a bachelor’s degree inArchitecture and master’s degree in EnglishLiterature. He has authored seven books such as“Those small Lil Things”, “Paperback Dreams” forwhich he has won the best Satire 2019 and “Thepart I left with you”. As an architect, he has workedon variety of architectural projects ranging fromresidential to Town planning to commercial. He haseight years of teaching experience in architectureas well. He is an artist and he hosted an artexhibition in Gurgaon. He also has experience infilm making and set designing. Apart from all this,he runs a student centric organization “MindRain”and YouTube channel called “Writing Rahul”. .

ARCHITECT

Mr. Sadhasiv Iyer is a well known BCCI Umpire.With keen interest in cricket, right from his school dayshe was a member of South Eastern Railway team and hadalready developed into a bold opening batsman andwicket keeper. He represented Nagpur University for theRohinton Baria Trophy, an all India Inter University crickettournament. He was also selected to represent Vidharbastate in All India Ranji Trophy tournament. He played forthe Benson Hedges tournament in Malaysia. With goodexposure to cricket he felt, he should quit playing andembarked upon umpiring. He underwent different drillsand consultation to understand the rules of the games,and hence stepped into the BCCI panel of umpires. Hehad an opportunity to stand as on-field umpire atInternational level for women one day and T20 matches.He was also the fourth umpire for IPL 2018 & 2019. .

Mrs. Thangam Amali Priya is the RegionalAccounts Incharge for Large Corporate andBrokers Cell, at United India Insurance Co Ltd..Having topped the State at Higher SecondaryExaminations as well as in Post Graduation inCommerce at University level, the world ofInsurance opened up for her after clearing theAll India Competitive Examination. She has 11years of experience in General InsuranceAccounting as well as in HR and GeneralAdministration arena dealing with variousaccounting activities taking utmost care onsubmission of Quality Audited Final Accounts.She was one among the best 100 accountsofficers chosen from 2300 offices spreadthroughout India. She believes that strongadherence to ethical principles and commitmentat work is the key to her successful career. .

Dr. Lavakumar is not just a Theatre Artist but also a scriptwriter and lecturer. He has completed his M.A in Kannadaand M.A in Performing Arts. He is working as HOD in theDepartment of Kannada at St. Joseph’s College ofCommerce. He had been a convener of ‘Janapada jaatre’,a folk orchestra initiated by Kannada and CultureDepartment for Bangalore rural district, 2008.He has alsocoordinated ‘Jilla Ranga Mahiti Kypidi’, a project of‘Karnataka Nataka Academy’. He has directed manyEnglish plays , “The Gash” being one among them forwhich he won the best script award at National LevelTheatre Competition in 2012. ‘Riti Ki Kahaani’ is one of hisplays directed in Hindi. He has worked with Mr. KanhaiahLal, a noted Manipuri director for the play ‘Pebet’ andalso worked with well known director from south Mr.Naripatta Raju, in the play ‘Singarevva mattu aramane’.

THEATRE ARTIST

Dr. Sadanand Kulkarni works as Principal Scientist,propulsion division at CSIR – National AerospaceLaboratories. His areas of Research are RotorDynamics, Rolling elements bearings, Foil bearings,Magnetic bearings etc. Some of his major scientificinterests are Advanced bearings, Condition Monitoringand Aerospace Propulsion Systems. He has successfullycompleted more than 20 projects in the area ofStrategic Importance, Technology Development andResearch and Development. He has published around25 papers in National and International Conferencesand Journals. He has also won CSIR-NAL’s ExcellenceAward for the Development of Wankel Engine forUnmanned Arial Vehicles in the year 2018. .

PRINCIPAL SCIENTIST

Dr. Suchismita Mukhopadhayay is an Environment andClimate Change professional and Associate Director–Climate Change and Energy, WWF-India. She started hercareer as a Young Professional with the Council forAdvancement of People’s Action and Rural Technology(CAPART), and completed her doctoral research onsustainable development planning using geospatialtechnology at the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing,ISRO, Department of Space. Dr. Suchismita has workedon diverse issues such as climate policy, clean energyaccess, climate innovation, renewable energy, and ruraldevelopment. Prior To WWF-India, Dr. Suchismita hadworked with FICCI, where she had engaged withcorporates on environment and climate change aspects.

Ms. Srestha Chatterjee is the Co-Founder and CEO atKohsa Analytics. Kohsa Analytics was started in theyear 2017 aiming at reducing pollution, climatechange and impacting the environment in a betterway. At Kohsa the waste water generated byindustries is recycled and recycling of groundwater isdone to remove iron contents. Ms. Srestha graduatedfrom Symbiosis International University,Pune in 2017with major in media studies. She completed herschooling from Shishukunj International School,Indore. Once Kohsa Analytics was registered in 2017, ittook quite some time to book their first client butfinally got a break in 2018.They have worked withsmall establishments in Indore, Mhow, Rau. In 2019,they got technical clearance for a big wastemanagement project that was presented in front ofthe Chief Secretary of Karnataka and West Bengal.Currently, they have clients all over India. .

Mrs. Tomali Chaudhuri and Mrs. Sujata Ghosh areBusiness Partners at Sound Ideas TCS, which is anaudio-production company. Mrs. Tomali conceptualizedand founded Sound Ideas TCS way back in 2011 whichlater developed as a partnership company. She mainlyhandles production and business development, whileMrs. Sujata handles the administration, accounts andscripting at Sound Ideas TCS. Mrs. Tomali also headedthe children’s programming for ETV network and manyof her shows have won awards for consecutive years.She was one of the first producers to have producedoriginal Indian shows for Walt Disney India Pvt. Ltd.Both of them love acting and act on stage and onscreen. Both of them are expertized in fiction and non-fiction translation. Both Mrs. Tomali and Mrs. Sujataare experienced voice artistes and regularly recordaudio books and dub both fiction and non-fictionseries. .

Ms. Suruchi Rehni is a Fashion Designer and stylist withboth freelance and design house experience. She has doneB.Sc in fashion designing from Army Institute Of FashionAnd Design (AIFD).She not only designs ready to wearclothing but also high end couture line. She has worked asa freelance fashion stylist for various AdvertisingCampaigns, e-Commerce and Cataloguing, Product shoots,Editorial shoots, and Celebrity shoots. She has designedcostumes for many sandalwood movies such as ‘Mr. & Mrs.Ramachari’, ‘Romeo’, ‘Pancharangi’, ‘Arjuna’, ‘Style King’and many more. She has also designed costumes for someof the Kannada reality shows such as ‘Kuniyonu Baara’,‘Sarpa Sambandha’ and many more. Her ongoingSandalwood projects are ‘Raaga’ and ‘MastiGudi’. .

Mr. Linesh Kumar is the General Manager atZizzi Restaurants Ltd, United Kingdom, which isa high street Italian restaurant chain with morethan 100 restaurants in UK and Ireland. He hasalso worked for The Park Hotels and Radisson,Chennai and as a Cast member at Walt DisneyWorld, Orlando U.S.A. He has completed hisPostgraduate Diploma from Swiss School ofHotel and Tourism Management, Switzerland.

Capt. Raaj Kumar is the Founder of Asia Safari, Campsand Adventures which is adjunct by the ministry oftourism(India).He is an Army Veteran. He completedhis Bachelor of Arts degree fromMaharishi DayanandUniversity. His firm provides tailor-made services toinbound and domestic tourists. He has taken part inmany rides and expeditions. He has also been atechnical advisor to many expeditions that took placein Nagaland, Orissa, Malaysia, Nepal, Myanmar,Bhutan and many more places. One of theirexpedition ‘Road Show’ was telecasted on CNBC TVNetwork, which covered Nepal-Bhutan-Myanmar.
