Message from the Prez . . .Please thank Richard & Phyllis Burch for organizingthe drive and eat to Arkansas City. Other than Randygetting run off the road by a SUV, and Dave Thomasslightly damaging a wheel rim when crossing therailroad tracks at a high rate of speed, it was a nicetrip. Randy & Terrie and their corvette were not hurt ordamaged. There were 35 attendees, so we had a fairlylong string of corvettes on parade.
I want to thank everyone that helped with our IceCream Social. We had a big turn out, and there wasplenty of ice cream and goodies! It was a bit hot, so wekept the meeting real short and sweet; yet, even Kevincouldn’t wait to start dishing the ice cream into hisbowl.
We have a venue fo r the c lub ’s 50 thAnniversary....The banquet is to take place Saturday,August 6th, 2016, at the Maize Recreation Center
located just northeast of 37th & Maize Rd. Also, weare going to have a golf tournament on Fridaymorning, August 5th. Other activities prior to thebanquet on Saturday to be determined. The tee- shirtcommittee has begun diligently working on theanniversary shirt. The goal is to have it availablestarting January 2016. It would be nice to show it off atthe Starbird show; plus, we would like to incorporateour anniversary with the group’s display. Stay tuned,we will have more announcements forthcoming.
As always, if you have any ideas for club events orplaces to go, please share them with me or anE-Board member. I hope to see everyone at the nextmonthly meeting at Davis Moore Chevrolet.

Regular Membership dues for ACCC are $25.00 per year.
Associate membership, designed for the non-Corvette owner, is $25.00 per year. Associate members are entitled to allthe privileges of regular membership with the exception of voting and/or holding office.
ACCC requires all members to be at least 18 years of age and hold a current valid driver's license.
Dues are payable on September 1st and are considered delinquent after the November ACCC meeting. Renewalsreceived after the November meeting will be considered as new. Memberships received after September 1st will be validthrough the next calendar year.
