Purpose:

• To offer an integrated experience to our members, that ensures a complex development of competencies, skills and attitude

As a VP TM include the TMP

• Talent planning setting specific goals and periods for the IXP

• Profile creation of TMP recruitment

• Message creation for TMP recruitment

• Selection strategy and materials:

• Goal setting/ Career Planning

As a VP OGX take TMP + GCDP (IXP) concept into consideration when:

• Creating area strategy an internal selection GCDP campaign

• Creating specific partnerships for IXP campaign

• Giving clear GCDP opportunities that can presented in goal setting/ career planning meetings to the members in TMP

• Coordinating IXP campaign responsible/ team ( planning, tracking, evaluation)

Connection points between VP TMs and VP OGXs:

• Message for TMP promotion recruitment campaign

• Selection of TMP

• Design of the TMP+ GCDP campaign

• Launch TMP+GCDP campaign responsible/ team (depending on how much HR you have available)

Implementation suggestion

Be careful to plan a fix number of people that take GCDP, so that the campaign does not leave the LCs without HR to run operations (especially during Q3 realization peaks)!

Purpose: • Leverage knowledge of a member to build a skillful TLP(EB pipeline). As a VP TM you need to add to the TMP to GCDP flow: • CEED planning (JD, duration, target areas) • GCDP + Learning CEED opportunity included in the Goal Setting/Career

Plan • CEED tracking • CEED evaluation As a VP OGX you need to add to the TMP to GCDP flow: • Seeks GCDP partnerships that have capacity to offer CEEDs Added connection points between VP TMs and VP OGXs: • LC partnerships/Country partnerships based on the GCDP potential and

learning potential that it can offer to a CEED-er Implementation suggestions: • When creating GCDP partnerships choose entities that are

knowledgeable and can support the development needs of your CEED-ers

• Agree on partnership with an entity and JDs that are can bring evolution and innovation in your entity

• Promote this opportunity to potential EB candidates

Purpose: assuring the quality of the internships

• Sending in a GCDP, a member in TMP/ TLP to ensure the quality (Reception and servicing) of the GCDP internships for the EPs that we send to a specific LC.

As a VP TM add to the TMP to GCDP EP TL flow:

• Add The EP TL opportunity in the career plan of members that are raised for GCDP

• Prepare TL JD

As a VP OGX add to the TMP to GCDP EP TL flow:

• Create the EP TL JD:

• The EP TL opportunity in the career plan of the OGX members

• Create Reception& Servicing strategy together with EP TL

• Track EP TL strategy

• Evaluate EP TL strategy on return

Added connection points between VP TMs and VP OGXs:

• Promote the EP TL opportunity inside the LC

• Selection of potential candidates

• Education of the EP TL

Implementation suggestions: Target members that are able to manage crisis situations.

INTEGRATION

Planning

• Set the goal for re-integrated GCDP EPs based on the oGCDP realizations and the

needs of your entity

• Plan carefully each action (EP Promotion, EP selection, EP preparation, EP

Servicing, Re-integration activities, TMP/TLP Promotion)

• Have clear project timeline (beginning, during, end) with checkpoints

• Set responsible person or team for each action

• Divide VP TM & VP oGCDP responsibilities and tasks according to the diagram

above

GCDP Promotion

• Create Communication Plan (Synergy with VP COMM) – ensure that your target

audience is suitable both for TXP & GCDP (make sure that the University timeline

fits to both TXP and GCDP promotion)

• Communication of TXP opportunities (optional)

EP Selection

• Involve VP TM in selection process (preparation, interviews, assessment)

• Prepare trainings and webinars

• Organize OPS

• Goal setting & orientation

• Make them part of your LC – They are also members! (ex. Participation in LC

meetings, Attend Reception Activities, Buddies for Interns, Engage them to deliver

sessions etc.)

COMMUNICATION

Offer TMP-TLP • Specific opportunities that connect his/her GCDP experience

• Right information at the right time (promotion of opportunities with different ways, ex. LC newsletter, direct communication, personal meetings, mentoring etc.)

• Set who is responsible for TMP/TLP promotion

• Ask their preferences for team allocation, after their GCDP

• Capitalize on their gained knowledge (ex. on specific issue, on GCDP program, on a country etc.) for allocating them

• Main idea/message to promote TMP/TLP opportunities: ex. “Return and act to make an impact in your local reality, also”

Matching • According to the Co-operations and LC strategy

EP Servicing • Assess expectations (min. twice)

• Setting responsible buddy and timeline for communicating with EP abroad

• Communication with host LC

• Support on overcoming challenges

• Give them a task from home entity in order to control the quality (ex. Write an article)
