AIESEC  in  Mozambique  LC  State Exchange  Programme  Policies  (XPP)

The  Member  CommiUee’s  (MC)  role  is  to  provide  strategic  direction  for  AIESEC  in  Mozambique  and  to  guide  the  country  in  ways  that  will  increase  in  capacity  of  operations  in  the  local  commiUees  and  the  overall  growth  of  the  

national  entity.  The  MC  team  as  a  whole  is  generally  responsible  for  strategy  formation  as  well  as implementation  and  management  of  plans,  initiatives  and  learning  directly  working  with  the  Local

CommiUee  LCVP  responsible.

branding ² Generate  strategies  that  tackle  the  brand  positioning  among  our  

stakeholders ² Ensure  the  proper  usage  of  the  National  Brands  and  alignment ² Conduct  brand/product  audit  and  development

Media and Information Systems Management ² Create  Content  for  media  approach ² Manage  National  &  Local  Media  content ² Manage  the  contact  between  AIESEC  and  Media  channels ² Design  and  implement  information  systems  that  will  improve  

the  processes  at  both  local  and  national  levels ² Ensure  maintenance  and  correct  use  of  information  

management  systems  at  national  and  local  level ² Deliver  training  to  members  for  information  management  tools   ² Create  guidelines  for  use  and  communication  of  information  at  

national  and  local  level   ² Ensure  each  LC  has  frameworks  in  place  to  improve  their  

information  management  systems ² Manage  National  e-­‐‑mail  accounts ² Manage  and  Maintain  National  Website  and  Online  media

Public Relations and National Support on Promotion and Brand Management ² Fortify the synergy with TM and OD to manage our internal

National Conferences, LEAD and Member Recruitment;² Fortify  the  synergy  with  BD  to  manage  our Corporate

National Events, Products and Proposals preparation;² Fortify  the  synergy  with  exchange  areas  (IGIP,  OGX  and  

IGCDP)  to  manage  our  exchange  national  events  and  products;

² Ensure  the  LCs  Marketing  and  Branding  Education  Cycle  and  Materials

² Content  for  media  approach ² Manage  National  &  Local  Media  content ² Manage  the  contact  between  AIESEC  and  Media  channels Local Committee Support: ² Coach  the  LCVPs  Marketing  in  public  relations  and  alliances; ² Education  of  the  LCVP  MKT  in  national  strategies  and  brand; ² Define  LC’s  development  strategy  and  implement  it; ² Support  OD  in  LC’s  growth  development  strategy. ² Guarantee  the  implementation  of  an  MKT  Plan  on  LC  level;
