AIESEC in Mozambique LC State Exchange Programme Policies (XPP)
The Member CommiUee’s (MC) role is to provide strategic direction for AIESEC in Mozambique and to guide the country in ways that will increase in capacity of operations in the local commiUees and the overall growth of the
national entity. The MC team as a whole is generally responsible for strategy formation as well as implementation and management of plans, initiatives and learning directly working with the Local
CommiUee LCVP responsible.
