“Hello young leaders,
AIESEC Local Committee HASSAN used to be the most
performing Local committee in the MENA region. Work hard for several years to build our history and our
reputation.
This term, our mission will be to bring the fresh breath
needed to our entity, to preserve this brand and this
reputation and lead our Local Committee to the TOP. By
reconnecting to our essence, and to aim to deliver the
highest performance in everything we do.
It’s time to DARE. Dare to change, explore new things,
and participate in creating and making each one of us live
an unforgettable experience. Because this is what makes
my story happened.
I joined AIESEC last year as communication responsible, and in a very short time I took part of the amazing
organizing committee for NLDS. Right after I was
selected as Organizing Committee President of AIESEC
Smile project. I couldn’t live this experience without
everyone’s support, every single step and person has
contributed in my improvement and my development.
We just need to believe in commitment, in our potential,
in the opportunities that we have. And I believe that this
term is going to be legendary.
Nothing is impossible, because together we can make it
happen.
Warm regards,,”

“I’ve joined AIESEC last year as an active member in the
finance department. At first I just wanted to be part of an
association, but afterward I think I made the best choice by joining AIESEC.
During the whole year I got the opportunity to develop
myself and my skills in many areas. Attending national
conferences has been also a positive point since I got the
chance to broaden my network and to take advantage
from the sessions held.
Now as an EB member, I have the opportunity to learn
more and more important than that I can give the chance
to other people to learn and get an impact in their lives
more than ever.
At the end all I can say is that EB or active member or
even EP; AIESEC is just a life changing experience. “

“It has been over a year now that I’m member of
AIESEC; I joined last year as member of Incoming
Exchange department. Two months later, I was selected
to be part of the organizing committee for a national
conference which was a very intense experience: I had
to work with 13 people from different backgrounds, and
I got used to work under pressure and meet deadlines. I
learnt that people need to go out of their comfort zones
and take challenges if they want discover themselves.
Now, I am Vice President of External Relations and I
didn’t stop learning practical knowledge about
Sales/Public Relations/Brand Management since the
day I was elected. This experience allows me to be
more self-aware, helps me develop myself and improve
my leadership skills.”

“Hello awesome people,
My name is Hamza Merzguioui, I’m 21 Years old and I joined AIESEC last year in November. If there is
anything that I do not regret in my life, it’s going to be
my decision of applying and joining AIESEC. From
my Active member experience in ICX to OCVP ER to
LCVIP iGIP a lot of changes and improvement
happened in me, not only in the professional way but
also in the personal one. AIESEC gave me the family
that I always wanted. Now I’m proud to say that I
have two families. I hope, no I’m sure that this year is
going to be LEGEN ….. Wait for it ….. DARY, I
know we will rock the house as we always did. Thank you AIESEC and especially thank you Hssassnas for
enlightening and empowering our life.
Sincerely yours,”
OutGoing eXchange: OGX
Vice President: Reda Sefiani El krizi
“Shy, timid, unsure I was when having my first
interview… I remember the interviewers trying hard
to comfort me by smiling and by saying “It’s
ok…It’s nothing” and I’m saying “No! It’s really something for me to join AIESEC
Growing up is what I wanted to do, there is a study
that say “97% of the people in this world operate in
the comfort zone. But only 3% operate in the
effective zone. The difference between comfort and
effectiveness is called growth, and growth is
uncomfortable”
I joined AIESEC, the entity that guide me to answer
many of my existential questions.
>Would I go back younger if you could? (Would I go
back to the comfort zone?) Absolutely not, I like having much deeper and more
thoughtful understanding of the world,
>How do you deal with the lost of free time?
“Time management” all time is free and as you
progress thru life you have things to do and there still
be lot of times for you to do other stuff,
>how do you pass your insecurities?
If you fail I will like you more, start failing now!
(and If I fail I hope you will like me more)”

From the International Congress 2012
OGX Exchange Participants Allocation
That from 1948 to 2011 AIESEC achieved
257 079 of exchange experiences ?
In the next 4 years, AIESEC has to generate
the same amount of experiences that it
delivered for 38 years previously.
Which means : 155 000 Experiences starting
from 2012 till 2015.
This means that AIESEC has to become ~10
times faster than it was before.
IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE FOR AIESEC... ?
------------------------------------------------------------
To reach 50 Million Users???
…for the radio it took
38 years
…for social media it
took 1 year to add 200
Million users.
Do You Know ?
Galerie To travel around the world...
... Willy Fogg took 80 days.
…the current world record is 53
hours.
Better to give a try ;)
