HOW IXP WORKS?
Integration Engagement Re-Integration
An IXP Strategy has 3 parts: Integration, Engagement and Re-integration
Integration is the first stage. This is when you connect your
members with going abroad and they are integrated into the
oGCDP Programme.
Engagement is the second stage. This is where your members are already abroad and are living the
experience.
Re-Integration is the last stage. This is
where your members and/or normal EPs are then re-integrated into
LC life being able to capitalize on their
experience abroad.
HOW IXP Works
HOW TO MAKE IXP HAPPEN IN YOUR LC
Step 1
• Plan how many members you want to send abroad• Have Internal Marketing Campaigns based on EY Partners
Step 2
• Make sure your members are interviewed, pay and complete the other technical elements.
• Make sure to upload your IXP Members to this excel sheet.
Step 3
• MA your Members with GCDP Opportunities with our partners• Make sure your members complete the OPS before they leave.
Step 4
• Keep in contact with your members when they are on exchange• Start planning your re-integration seminar for when your members
and other EPs return

CRITERIA FOR WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
• This is for members who are completing the TMP programme and they can be new and experienced.
• LCVPs/LCPs should not take exchange during their term due to the high responsibilities that they have in these positions.
It is suggested that only active members in your LC are given any financial discounts.

We have a new partner from Egypt as this is a pilot partnership. Also, for the Avad project they are looking for 4 Spanish Speakers and they have a very popular project Hawaa.
